“Approxmetly 8.43pm 29/12/25. Such wonderful service this evening from Wendy. I went to queue and she dropped what she was doing to ask me to come to the desk so she could serve me. I had a bag of kettles and a 90L Sistema storage container. She asked me how my day was and if I had a busy Xmas. She was very easy to engage with after a long day at work. She discussed about the great price of the Sistema containers and may have mentioned that, at that price you could get two! It was indeed good value and her upsell almost made me buy another one. I will discuss with my wife this evening and may come back and buy another two. Keep this wonderful wahine on, she is very motivated and an asset to your store!”

She was super friendly and helped me pick out a vacuum cleaner and a microwave that were just right for me. Lucy noticed that I might struggle to carry the items down to the car park, and she immediately went to check with the store manager to see if someone could give me a hand. She even helped me find my car — I’m not great with directions — and, together with another team member, carried everything right to my car. Her kindness, initiative, and genuine care really made my day. Big thanks to Lucy for going above and beyond — that’s what great customer service looks like!”

“I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. Being not too up to date with tech, we had Dan at Noel Leeming’s Tech desk transfer all our files across to the new computer. Some items are priced competitively while for some other items, the price is still too high for its quality. Have plenty of parking spaces at the front, and at the side of the shop.”
