Came in a while ago and was having trouble with an item I couldn't find. Went to the counter and David was an absolute legend. Located the item in another Warehouse within seconds and went the extra mile to help out. Now everytime I'm having trouble I look for David as he's super on point everytime!
David served me at the counter tonight. He was friendly and very helpful. Without asking, he offered and showed me how to use your App and provided app information. Will use it more now that I know I to use it.
We went in to buy a ps5 and we're having some difficulty selecting the right model. Gordon helped us and explained the difference between the disc and digital models. Ended up walking out with an additional controller and Hogwarts legacy. Thanks to Gordon for the fantastic service, will definitely be coming back for all tech related purchases.
We shopped at the store last week. Because we need to arrive by car, we had to pay to even enter the building! We are now ex-customers of all shops at Upper Hutt Mall.
Came in today to buy some house hold electric plugs/leads. As I was walking in the security guard was knelling down and speaking to a young boy who had become separated from his caregiver, he must been approximately 4 years old give or take. I thought the way in which he was handling the situation was simply brilliantly. The staff were very friendly and saved me a lot time showing me to the correct isle. Well done The Warehouse Upper Hutt you employ some great people!
Another fantastic Red Shed. Great selection of most items from sports gear to fridge freezers. Staff are always helpful. The latest inclusion of the Stationary Warehouse is great for a one stop shop.
