   Bought a new Samsung had them put on a screen protector. And all peeled up after couple of days when I went to take back to get another screen protector replacement they told me I have to return the old one. Which is impossible if it peeled off because they didn't put it on correctly. So now I have a scratched screen due to no screen protector which I paid extra to have them put on

   Poor service - over promises and under delivers. Would not recommend this store for any significant purchase. Happy to take your money, not so happy to deliver the goods or quality (any!) customer service. Really need to review their staff training and the manager could really do with some public relation training! For the record - I really don't care how low your profit margin is on certain products.

   Absolutely horrible experience. Not only ignored for more than 15 minutes, when a staff member was 2 meters away and claimed he was "busy" when asked by a staff to help me, and continued walking aimlessly around the store. Also very unhelpful. Even their online customer support. Wouldn't be returning to this store again.

   No after sales service, completely disinterested once they take your money. Always try to wriggle out of their consumer obligations. Do yourself a favour and have a Much better experience at Harvey Norman..

   Happy enough to take your money with a purchase... but totally unwilling to provide any after sales service! After 21 attempts to call the store to have a delivery/install completed and having no-one bother to answer the phone I'm done... never again! Sorry Noel Leeming - you entire chain has lost a customer due to the failures at this one store - if I had read previous reviews and seen the number of 1 star ones I might not have even bothered in the first place.

   I popped in at lunchtime today to ask if someone could put my new glass screen protector on my phone. The technician who normally does this was away but a lovely young man kindly helped me. He put so much care and effort into making sure it was done super well. I really was appreciative as this job makes me very nervous. Thank you to Nikki.

   Went here last week for a computer issue and the young man who served me was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I also wanted to buy some chargers and he was helpful without being pushy, just the way a good sales service person should be. Would highly recommend for friendly and knowledgeable service, and good quality products.
