We visited the store a week earlier and found Ehsan friendly, knowledgeable and provided us various options. We returned this weekend to purchase all the items we were after. Ehsan is an experienced salesperson and would definitely recommend this store.

they are amazing people. Iβve been there to buy bed sweet help me to choose and Iβve been there many times because Iβm confused the way they help me. Itβs amazing specially staff name.Ehsan is very polite humble and he calculate prices for me maybe hundred times always have smile on his face even the manager Iβm not sure about his name very professional and humble guy I definitely recommend this is the place if you are starting your new home

Disappointing. Good store layout with good range, where it starts and ends. Three Indian staff, one is assisting other customers, the other two got up from their desks I thought to assist us and other customers in-store, nope it was talk on their mobile phones, they were speaking Indian so you can only assume they were personal calls. They were well aware we were there, and watched us looking at furniture whilst talking away. As business owners, we know how it goes, phone calls second, you have customers present in store, that is the priority. Terrible customer experience, we wonβt be back.

In-store location of items advertised online doesn't work, 3 shops phoned, none are answering phones ...
Been a customer of yours for over 25 years, and never have I experienced such stress in getting a bed delivered. Bought on Thursday and told delivery Friday, but no the bed to be delivered Saturday. Had to ring around and nearly beg to get delivery, as I explained my bed had broken. Customer service gone down the drain, so disappointed. Should have been an easy transaction really.
Well versed salesperson. No push tactics. He was genuine in his approach. No pressure sales or exaggeration. We felt comfortable and bought the items because of well stated benefits and not so good features of the product. So we knew what we were buying. It gives piece of mind.
