   I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience purchasing a laptop from Noel Leeming. I was initially assured that my order would arrive by the end of the week, but that turned out to be completely inaccurate. What followed was a long, frustrating series of phone calls to the store and the call centre, with constant follow-ups on my part just to get basic updates. Each time I contacted staff, I received a different explanation. First I was told that the delay was due to a “pricing update,” then I was told that there was no staff available to attend to the issue. After all this back-and-forth, I am now being told that it will take another two weeks before the item is even expected to be delivered to the store for pickup. This experience has been extremely unprofessional and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. In my opinion, the communication, customer service, and handling of my order have been well below acceptable standards. I expected far better from Noel Leeming, and this situation has seriously damaged my confidence in purchasing from them again. Invoice 161068967 - Not a happy camper to say the least!

   Just purchased a Microsoft Surface tablet and other items from the Silverdale branch. Fantastic service from all staff every time I buy from there. Especially this time! Service from Ethan Berlyn was outstanding! Not pushy, knowledgeable and sold me what I wanted, and needed based on his own personal product experience. Highly recommend Ethan as a point of contact.    Went into this store today to get some technical information specifically around TV's and their functions regarding sound systems and how it works. The salesperson, Moses, was absolutely outstanding and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. THIS is exactly how customer service should be. He comes highly recommended. Generally, I don't leave reviews however felt that as he really "stood out" from the average run of the mill, I am now leaving this review. Thank you, Moses. Wishing you every success for your future and hope that you go very far. You deserve it.

   Pretty disappointed with this store. Have purchased many things from them over the last few years, most recently online orders. I went in today to buy a new washer and dryer. 3 sales people were just gathered chatting to each other. I asked for help from a young man - he was very polite and helpful (he's the reason I didn't give 1 star), however he had to consult with his manager on a pricing querie, I could hear accross the store his managers reaction - he pretty much laughed and commented about what I was asking. I left and spent my money at another store just around the corner, go see Davies Appliances opposite Briscoes - you won't be disappointed here.

   Not able to get any service. Not busy. Lots of staff hiding away in groups talking and playing on their phones. One person kind of grunted at me. About time head office did a mystery shop at this store. PB Tech, although much further away, sorted in 5mins and happy with my purchase.

   Went in for a single SD card and it took a lot longer than it should've. Staff weren't interested in helping and were mainly focused on their phones. had to ask 5 people for help just to get the shelf unlocked. We were getting walked past and told they were busy and to ask someone else. After finally getting it and waiting at check out where no one was, another three people walked past not one acknowledging us at all. The store didn't even seem that busy.

   Thursday and store is dead. Asked for assistance from staff who was very busy doing something on their phone. Sort of assisted, whilst continuing to do stuff on mobile. Help was pretty much useless, dismissive and downright rude. Customer seemed to be inconveniently getting in the way of personal mobile time. Seriously, where's the management in this store????

   This is a huge thank you to Serena.Having made several phone calls to another store with no success I called the Silverdale store and spoke with Serena. She was efficient,courteous and very understanding. She made 2 calls and the situation was resolved. Thank you again .
