   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service from Lucy! I had such a lovely experience with JB Hi-Fi thanks to Lucy, who helped me on 14/10 around 5:20 PM. She was super friendly and helped me pick out a vacuum cleaner and a microwave that were just right for me. Lucy noticed that I might struggle to carry the items down to the car park, and she immediately went to check with the store manager to see if someone could give me a hand. She even helped me find my car — I’m not great with directions — and, together with another team member, carried everything right to my car. Her kindness, initiative, and genuine care really made my day. Big thanks to Lucy for going above and beyond — that’s what great customer service looks like!

   I purchased a T.V and sound bar form this store today. I had been into Noel Leeming and was going to buy from there but I thought I'd check out JB HI before I did. I was seen by Zac who was very professional and knew a lot about everything I knew very little about so he was very very helpful and had fantastic customer service. I felt very looked after and he was very friendly. When I mentioned that the other store had an offer on they were able to match the offer that was online at the other store. Zac sold me exzactly what I was looking for and I did't feel pushed into buying something I didn't want to, like other places can do. This made me end up spending a bit more as I didn't mind spending more when the customer service is so good. I highly recommend spending your money here as they really know what they're talking about and are full of great advise. Thanks Zac & Co I will be back! Legends

   Richard was so amazing to speak to when buying our first big tv- He was able to talk us through the differences of all types of products and brands and made it really easy for us to understand everything and what all the lingo meant too… very knowledgeable and all around great guy to chat to! Genuinely one of the betters sales people in general we’ve experienced in longtime ☺️ Highly recommend heading his way!

   I was in the JB HIFI Riccarton Store on 13th August, and was served by Logan. He was extremely helpful. Also, there was a lovely young lady on the lower level, who assisted me in choosing a new Galaxy 6 watch. Both were professional, and a credit to your firm. I phoned today, from Australia, as I have misplaced my receipt for the watch, and Logan again was extremely helpful in tracking the transaction, and emailing me a copy of the receipt. Please pass on my sincere thanks to both of these young people, and please acknowledge their exceptional customer service skills.

   Forget about Smith City, Harvey Norman and Noel’s, JB Hi Fi is far , far the best electronic store in the city, especially when it comes to records, games, phones, computers, etc. Not only prices are cheaper than everywhere else, but also you don’t pay for the army if annoying sales people swarming you in other stores. There are of course few sales people, very casual and not intrusive, but actually very discreet and helpful when you need advice. What I like most is that staff is genuinely geeky about what they do and know their staff and give you best advice not trying to rip you off to spend more money. Well done JB HiFi !

   First time have been in for a while. Had 5 people say hello , make contact all very genuine. Also heard a number of conversations with customers going on. Very knowledgeable and offered options when something was unavailable. I didn’t buy anything but will come back and do it !!
