   I’ve always liked shopping at this branch and there are still some lovely, professional staff members around. But the newer hires have really brought the experience down. Some of them are immature, talk about inappropriate things during work hours, and act more like they're hanging out than working. One staff member in particular constantly follows and talks over another staff member who’s clearly just trying to do his job. it’s uncomfortable to watch and really distracting for customers. What’s more frustrating is that management seems to ignore this kind of behavior. If they care it’s not showing. I used to enjoy coming here, but unless something changes I’ll be thinking twice before coming back.

   Went into store on Sunday 30/09/23. Manager and two other staff talking in far back corner. Approached the lovely young woman at the counter who was clearly extremely sick and should of been at home. Myself and another woman in store whom she was helping asked her why she was not at home. She said "she was not allowed". We approached the manager as we did not want to get her germs ourselves only to be told it was none of our business and she was to see out the day. I left and bought from Harvey Normans where I had exceptional service. Won't go back.

   Visited store today. Only 3 staff on duty lots if people waiting looking frustrated at thd lack of service. When I finally got my turn for service the staff member was helpful but very limited stock in the product I wanted. I'll shop around in future as Noel Leaming don't seem to care about customer service

   Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff incompetent and not trained to deal with faulty items the manager and team were useless. I had to return to the store three times to deal with their mistakes. They also don't answer the phone. Will never go back to this store.

   Sold me a dishwasher which never arrived. After several calls, the sales person admitted they never placed the order with the supplier, and it wouldn't be ready for several months. While the woman who gave me a refund was apologetic (a different salesperson), I won’t bother returning.

   We went to the Paraparaumu branch and were assisted by Seth who was courteous and knowledgeable and gave us different options to choose from to make our decision easier and economical. We couldn't fault the service and will be going back on the days that Seth is working.
