   They have excellent bargains and packages to check out. The customer services man was so helpful and went outside the square to make sure delivery was prompt. Parking is plentiful, shop is easy to access. Theres so much to look at. Technology is vamping up rapidly and these guys cater for it all, certainly puts your lack of tech knowledge into perspective and brings you up to date with revolutionary new technology.

   Went to purchase two samsung tablets and tried to ask for covers aswell. The manager said they couldnt do cos cost already low. I went elsewhere to see if so....and lo and behold yes indeed it was an excellent deal considering. Plus the tablets had twice the rams and gigs than the other outlets... Thankyou Noel Leemings for a good deal.

   Brought a Panasonic fridge with a 12 year warranty for the compressor however it broke after four years then Noel Leeming said we had to fit the bill which was really confusing for us?? They referred us to a technician and said we are liable for any payments. Basically we got scammed and I recommend that you shop elsewhere Customer Service Liz gave me the runaround when I gave my details and tried to convince me that I brought it from Harvey Norman’s which no longer exist in Henderson, it is now chemist warehouse. Also staff member who I brought the fridge off originally entered incorrect details Which made it really hard to track my purchase down. I really recommend that you do not shop there Ps staff are really helpful to make the sale but after sale Support no one wants to know you and are professionally rude

   I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience was frustrating enough to warrant one. I reached out for help regarding after sales support, and not only was the response delayed, but the staff seemed uninterested in resolving the problem. I had to follow up multiple times, and even then, the communication was vague and unhelpful. Customer service should be about listening and providing solutions, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope the company takes feedback seriously and improves how they treat their customers.

   Poor after sales support from the staff and the manager. Even after providing proof and documentation from manufacturer regarding an issue. The staff (Lucy) had the guts to tell me to go back to the manufacturer to get the same resolution they already provided on my prior visit from the service centre. Complete waste of time dealing with the staff in this branch. Clearly they're only nice to make a sale but when it comes to support all those nice smiles goes away and will try to downplay your claims even if its already backed up with evidence from your item's manufacturer.

   My mother Inlaw calls me (I’m based in Australia) and tells me about the worse experience she had today. While out shopping for an iPad for my father Inlaw, looking around your store, she sees an iPad over the price of $1000, approaches one of your customer service people who was the only one free to talk to and he has the nerve to say to her “oh you don’t want that iPad you can’t afford it” she left the store telling him she will purchase an iPad from elsewhere and she did exactly that bought it from Harvey Norman (who treated her better) This is not appropriate behaviour anywhere and to have that said to her shocked me. I will be getting more information from her in regards to this worker as a formal complaint will be made. I’m not going to let anyone talk that way to anyone especially to a family member. Would love to know the reason why he thought it was a great idea to discriminate against her. One store she will definitely let others know to avoid. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

   Worst customer service ever you can experience on this planet. This guy take name down of whole Noel Leeming. I bought a demo tv from this branch, when we go home and starting peeling the stickers out from the display there was a minor crack under the sticker. So I take tv back to the store to return. I met Shoaib there the guy was extreme rude he doesn’t even know how to talk to customer on even any person, he straight away jump to conclusion and start arguing you did this and I am not able to return to tv as this my fault. We had a crazy long argument and he is keep blaming me and at last I asked him a question did you check the tv by peeling the sticker out and he has no answer for this so he left to place. Then another manager jumped in the situation and checked some things and come to the conclusion that crack is under the sticker so it’s no one’s fault. Appreciate him attentive mind that he handle situation very nicely and make me calm down as well. The guy Shoaib has no sense to talk to people, even he is talking to there own staff and scolding her as well that you made a deal now thats your problem. He doesn’t belong to this place where he don’t know how to talk to customer or how to talk to lady staff.
