    Although they claimed they will price match (obviously because they know theyre more expensive) they couldn't do any price reductions or matching. They tried to convince us there is a long que for the item in harvey norman and they will not match cause harvey norman doesnt have stock. when in fact Harvey Norman told us they just delayed the shipment due to covid and it will take about 1 months to arrive . And when we went to Noel leeming they price matched immediately with no bait. Not a good experience we ended up buying the item from Noel leeming.

    Some of the worst service I’ve ever encountered. Despite getting a notification email my dishwasher that I had ordered online had arrived, the store didn’t seem to have any idea where it was when I called to arrange delivery. I was transferred, put on hold for about 20 min and told someone would contact me when it arrived. After not hearing anything I called again only to be told it’d be arriving the following week. When it never showed up I called yet again and was told there were no drivers hence the lack of delivery. The plot thickened when it turned out that, almost a month after my online purchase, they had actually forgotten to order it to the store at all (no compensation offered though the salesperson was at least apologetic). Despite being told a new dishwasher would be ordered urgently and I’d be notified as soon as it arrives, it was left to me to get in touch with them after not hearing anything for a week. To my surprise I was then told it was waiting out back for me. Will never be shopping here again!

    OMG this place is second best from HARVEY NORMANS. Man the variety and products that were laid out was presentable. The only down fall for me and my family was the Sales rep didn't quite know her product knowledge but she tried her best and to me that is great customer service as she approached us and continued to serve us with a lovely smile and great eye contact.
