   Pathetic service by Rohan and lady on counter, we bought belkin car phone holder and it comes off from windscreen automatically,when we went to noel leeming to report they say they have tested it and there is no problem with product, they want us to record video. When we asked about manager ,Rohan said there is no manager and he is the Manager, he had a name tag as 3ic. We should have bought a cheaper product from night market at least they consider such issues nicely. They did not help us as if they did not want to help us. When we told them its not good service , they told us to post review if we want. We were stamding outside to put review , we could see the staff laughing and telling everyone.

   I had a great experience thanks to Yogesh. He helped me choose a new washing machine, walked me through the options, and even pointed out some discount offers without me asking. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers. The only downside was my interaction with one of the lady staff members when I returned to check a price difference. Since the store offers a lower-price refund within a few days, I expected a simple conversation, but she explained things in a rude and impatient way. It felt unnecessary, especially when a customer is just trying to understand their options. Thankfully, Yogesh stepped in and sorted everything out calmly and professionally. He handled the situation in seconds and made the whole experience positive again. The lady staff could definitely be more patient and calm when dealing with customers, instead of getting frustrated over a few extra questions. Yogesh, you’re a sales superstar.

   Over the past decade, we have been frequent customers of Noel Leaming Sylvia Park. Last Friday, my wife, in an impulsive act, ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max phone cover from the Noel Leaming website. The cover was collected via click and collect at Sylvia Park NL. My son, as a birthday gift, presented me with the cover, but unfortunately, it was not suitable for my phone. The camera lens was not adequately covered. I had only used the cover for a mere ten minutes. Yesterday, March 21, 2025, I visited Sylvia Park to exchange the cover for a 3sixt product. Upon reaching the counter, I encountered the duty manager, as depicted in the attached image. She informed me that a return was not possible due to dust accumulation. However, I clarified that I had not used the cover and provided evidence of this fact. Despite my efforts, she disregarded my request and continued to refuse the return. Her demeanour was characterised by a lack of politeness. I further explained that the phone case lacked any polythene wrapping, as brand boxes are typically delivered without plastic packaging. It is reasonable to assume that dust can accumulate even in store cases. I attached an additional photograph taken from the store counter in front of her, which clearly demonstrated the absence of dust and the presence of white particles within the cover due to the failure of the white circles. I was deeply disappointed by the duty manager’s behaviour, which demonstrated a lack of respect for customers and a disregard for professional conduct. If the cover were to be accepted, she should have provided me with a demonstration of the ware and tear. This incident has left me feeling profoundly disheartened and ashamed.

   Usually a good spot and helpful staff but today had the worst experience with a male staff member. Trying to buy a gift for fathers day and was going to check what discount we get with my partners company perks, extremely rude telling us he couldnt tell us what the price was unless we presented him ALL the details.. why would we bother doing that if there was no discount? We called Matamata store and they told us right away there would be no discount. He couldve told us that right away instead of causing a fuss and pissing us off. Anyway, went to JB Hi Fi and bought the gift. Noel leeming sylvia park has lost a regular customer.

   July 2023 While I have been through this shop on previous occasions, today I was interested in making a purchase. I approached two of the floor staff who referred me on to another member. I asked if I could at some particular items on display. They weren't very happy for me to do that without any reasonable explanation. At that point I chose to leave the shop. The reason being, "No Service No Sale".

   I had a really terrible experience at the Noel Leeming store last night while trying to purchase a TV as part of my insurance claim. The salesperson's attitude towards me was incredibly disrespectful, and it seemed like they were paying little attention to my needs. I felt as though the salesperson believed they were doing me a favor by helping me with my insurance, when in reality, it is the insurance company that pays them to provide a service. I have no intention of returning to this store and I cannot recommend it to anyone. It's a shame because Sylvia Park is usually a great place for shopping, but the poor customer service at this particular store is highly discouraging.

   They never answer the phone 4 days and emails from head office. Yet the staff walk around chatting with each other Eddie when you say you are going to do something then do it. Hide behind emails then reneg on what you said. . Been informed head office knows what is going on even their own staff from the call center can't reach them
