“Customer service has really been below average in most places, but not Kookai Sylvia Park. Genuinely the team were exceptional and it’s been a month since I visited (12th October) and I had to leave a review because I’m so impressed. I was greeted when I walked in, they gave me a hand finding styles and sizes, when I was in the fitting rooms they were so helpful with recommendations. They weren’t overly pushy and still gave me space as a shopper. 10/10”

“I've found my experience to be nothing short of exemplary from KW Ponsonby. Not only are their staff incredibly helpful and kind, their service is second to none. I had a very old heirloom from KW jewellery that frankly I was nervous even to ask about enquiring to have repaired (damage to it was entirely my fault and nothing to do with the craftsmanship). Not only was I treated exactly the same way as someone looking to make a new purchase with the same level of follow through and importance, but the price point for the repair was less than half of what I'd been quoted to have it repaired by two other jewelers. Would highly recommend and will absolutely keep purchasing through them. Thanks guys xx”

“Note that all the bad reviews seem to be really old :) I had an awesome experience in store today. I'm autistic, and find the mall to be super stressful and overwhelming. Max was by far the most chill shop I went into - the layout is spacious and easy to navigate, quiet music, beautiful products, great sale prices. The lady at the counter was so helpful and friendly too, without being in your face about it. 10/10 recommend shopping here!”

“Finding nice, affordable plus-size clothing in New Zealand is a bit of a nightmare, but thank goodness for this shop! The shop assistants are always friendly and helpful, and they have genuinely nice clothes for those with curves. I had such a great time here over the weekend - what a superb sale! I went today to look for a blouse the beautiful ladies went above and beyond to help me out. They also did blouse alterations for free where as other shops charge extras for alterations. “Came in on Monday and had such great service. I was looking for new running shoes but wasn’t sure what I was after. I wish I got her name, but the Asian girl who helped me was super kind and patient , she brought out so many different options and even gave me her honest opinions, which I really appreciated since Im indecisive. When I do have to go in to the store and I’ve given them a heads-up, one of them will even run out to the street with my purchases so I don’t have to force my autistic son out of the car. “I had an experience where my feet has different sizes and was struggling with what socks to buy and then a staff came and helped me with the size up and recommend a solution. didn’t catch her name but she was the dark hair lovely Asian girl with the eyebrow piercing. Will be buying more socks here in the future.”

I had time to try it on at the store and noticed a flaw on the heels I got so asked the girl’s if I could swap for another pair and it was successful. They were super helpful and friendly. She helped me pick out an outfit and was honestly so lovely and helpful. She had the best energy, made me feel confident, and was super genuine. Not pushy like some retail staff can be. Then just recently, I walked into the Sylvia Park store and saw her there again! I couldn’t believe she remembered me.
