Pulp shoe sizing is inconsistent, my feet are big but not huge and I can’t fit alot of their shoes. I got a pair (the only style that fit from pulp sandals) they cut up my toes and they now feel numb, I called about an exchange and their policy doesn’t allow it which is a shame. I wish shoe companies could care more about the shopper.
Been buying shoes from this brand for many years, been to Newmarket shop, 3 ladies were doing their own things even instead of asking or bothered saying hello there were no other clients in the store. Stood there for couple minutes as wife wanted to try a pair of shoes, she took the shoes and went closer to the counter and one lady looked at us and carried on looking somewhere else. I stopped her and we left, probably won’t be back again.
I’ve been shopping at this location for over 5 years and have generally experienced good service. Unfortunately, tonight was the complete opposite and almost painful. The young woman at the counter was unhelpful and seemed unable to assist with something as simple as finding a plain black shoe in size 12. Instead, she confused the process and left me frustrated. I ended up leaving everything on the counter and walking to Skechers a few stores down, where I was helped immediately and purchased exactly what I needed within minutes. Please do better.
my son is in the spectrum so his a little fussy I was looking for a sandals for him and this old lady came and telling thats small because it says there 12 and she said no thats 12 took the sandals and thats it I was expecting for a little help because or a word telling to wait and she will check a size! i feel discriminated i have a money to buy! thank
I ordered a pair of shoes and four sets of socks (3 pairs per set) online and received them today. However, I realized I had misunderstood the length of the socks and wasn’t satisfied with the fabric quality. I searched for the nearest store and visited the Newmarket branch to request a refund, but was told it wasn’t possible. I brought the items back home and decided to just keep them. I fully understand if this is part of the company policy — but what was most disappointing was the complete lack of proper explanation or customer service. From the moment I entered the store, the two staff members showed no willingness to help, didn’t greet me, and displayed an attitude of disinterest and indifference. A simple explanation of the reason would have helped me understand, even if I couldn’t get a refund. But this kind of cold and dismissive treatment is something I’ve never experienced in New Zealand before. This experience has completely put me off buying anything from this store again. Now I understand why there are so many low-rated reviews. Improvement is definitely needed.
Fabulous customer service for last few times shopping here. All the girls in this store were so helpful and attentive, and always have a positive attitude.
