   I came in looking for a gift for my best friend and was helped by Seraph. Although I didn’t make a purchase on my first visit, as it was close to closing time and I was still unsure about the style. Seraph was incredibly kind and patient, with no pressure at all. I visited a few other stores afterward, but two days later, I found myself back, not because of the brand, but because of the excellent customer service I received. Seraph made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuine. Thank you for the great service and well done, Seraph!

   Visited this location on the last day of a trip to Auckland. I had exactly 15 minutes and a clear idea on a few items I wanted to look at and possibly purchase. David and Victoria jumped at the challenge and grabbed exactly what I was wanting to look at quickly, and then sent the item I purchased to the airport, walking me through the entire process efficiently and with excellent attention to detail. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you both!

   An impeccable store with such incredible staff. Our SA is Emmy and she’s so terrific and knows my and my husband’s tastes sometimes better than we do. Gucci even did custom linen pants and shirts for our wedding in November 2023, white shirt and more a cream pant with a brown leather belt and brown leather loafers and it felt and looked incredible. Brin, he’s such an incredible stylist and seamstress. We always feel at home when at Gucci. The product is always perfect quality and to those who I see making many comments about how staff are on their phones all the time, that’s because that’s their Retail platform, they’re looking up inventory and pricing and to those who say that they’ve had rude service if their SA isn’t in, why aren’t you making sure your SA is in or has someone to look after what you need. If your SA isn’t in and hasn’t given instructions for how to look after you, it’s more a respect thing to their colleagues to not steal sales. It’s on you. I’ve had to go to other stores or Collins St when Emmy isn’t in but she makes sure the staff know exactly why I’m coming so I am looked after.

   Extremely bad customer service experience. Phoned them a month ago to organise an online purchase for pick up at the airport. They took my details down and said they would give me a call back closer to my flight time. Never called back so I had to phone them to follow up. They didnt even apologize and said they would create a profile and get someone from the store to contact me to sort things out but again never got contacted so I decided to buy the products I wanted overseas. I will never purchase from Gucci store in NZ again.

   I purchased my mid-heel sandal from here a while ago, it has been my go to sandal for a long time know, esp in summer. Comfortable enough to dance in. I am happy I purchased straight from the store - it was made efficient and accurate.
