   Went here with my wife today to try some shoes for her. We were keen on buying a particular shoe model but she wanted to try them on first to see how it feels on feet when walking and compare it with another shoe model thay she was also eyeing for. But the staff said they don't allow to try both pairs as a company policy. That's a bit weird and that's the first time we heard that from a shoe store. We bought a lot of shoes from different stores and they always let us try both pairs. Frustrated, we went to Hype instead and she was able to try both pairs and we bought the shoes. The reason you go to a physical store is to try on first what you want to buy to see how it fit or feel. Specially for shoes with good cushioning as you want to feel if the cushion is really good on your feet as they don't come cheap and you cannot fully assess it with just one pair specially if the one you are wearing is of different stack height. It's like walking limp. I know the staffs are just following the company policy so I don't blame them. So, this is more on the company's weird policy. But thanks anyway cause the shoe model and colour we bought at Hype is the one she really wanted that was not available here.

   Tafola, I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the twin sisters working at JD Sports. Their customer service was amazing! From the moment I walked in, they were so welcoming, friendly, and full of positive energy. They went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for and made the whole shopping experience super easy and enjoyable. You can really tell they love what they do such a great vibe! Definitely the best service I’ve had in a while. Malo!!

   One of our family favorite. Always better price and variety shoes, friendly stuff But I purchased and open at home shoes not right size. Small miscommunication for each other. However I will recommend and still come for next shopping

   Paid online for a pair of $280 nike shox and I was shocked at the quality of the shoes I recieved made in vietnam they were glued together roughly with glue all over the place made very poorly wouldn't recommend at all.

   We paid $350. While we were paying, the staff on counter was really rude when my card didn’t work first time. I did manage to pay second time though. We tried 4 pairs for my son. Obviously for a kid it takes time and we had to try 4 pairs to finalise what exactly suits my son. After I paid, they asked me and my partner to place everything back that we tried earlier. My partner did that politely without questioning (I myself already asked my partner to put these 3 pairs back). these ladies on counter made fun of my partner while he was putting these shoes back. No idea why. That is what made me feel so bad when I saw them laughing at my partner. This shows No support for customers with kids. There were 6-7 staff who were standing free. They are getting paid to put these shoes back on rack. There was a black woman on counter who laughed at us multiple times. we had no issue helping staff, but laughing at customers is unacceptable. When we reported this to manager she was biased and never listened to us. This manager was so unprofessional. She never questioned her staff. Racist people. No respect for customers. Much better to go to K mart or Warehouse where staff works so hard and always very welcoming and kind. These people in big stores are working as if they are doing a favour to customers.

   stay away from any online orders like from Covid. They don't deliver anything and dont update you on anything. Totally useless. the local Muppets have no clue what is going on but all online orders are done via UK so forget about receiving anything within 2-3 months if you lucky at all. this is my ORDER NUMBER #793488870 that in still waiting for

   The multiple times I've shopped here have been pleasant experiences. Great shop for the variety of airforce 1s and slides. The girl at the counter was super friendly, especially to my kids, which is rare cuz in most places, staff don't even want to talk to kids. Would recommend this shop to others as service is quick and there's always a staff member nearby to offer assistance.
