We were helped by handsome Shayne at 170 Queen Street in Auckland Central (b4 the fire); and, for 2 days Shayne helped us with our 3 Grandsons of our Hearts with their Christmas presents, plus a handsome AllBlacks shirt for my honey aka GrandPa, and our 3 male tenants (more surprises) WoW. We had a great time with Shayne and his colleagues. Our first time, not the last, in beautiful Auckland, the Waldorf St Martin, and the fantastic people of Grafton Auckland!!”

Recently I visited few times and found Sera very helpful. She greeted me with a warm welcome and lovely smile and asked if I need any help. While I was trying different shoes she recommended me few other designes that would fit me nicely. She made sure I was not pressured to buy just any shoes.
