   One of the main manager staff she is so lovely such great attitude and makes sure you are looked after giving the stars for her! However the new staff today could have spoken to me in a nicer way when I was going into the changing room felt like her behaviour was more ordering as she told me to make sure to hang the clothes back. She could have asked me in a more nicer way.

   I visited Mirrou at Sylvia Park today and was extremely disappointed with the service received. The staff member serving me was noticeably rude, unapproachable, and seemed unhappy to be there. Her attitude came across as arrogant and dismissive, which made the shopping experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Front-line retail staff represent the brand, and customers should feel welcomed—not as though they are an inconvenience. With that kind of attitude, it’s hard to understand why she is working in a customer-facing role. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as good customer service is a key part of the shopping experience, and this visit fell well below expectations.

   Usually have great experiences here, but this time was disappointing. I was overcharged on Nov 3 and was told I could come anytime for a refund. When I went back on Nov 7, the staff member was rude, questioned why I came late, and said only a manager could do refunds — even though it was the store’s mistake. I was treated like I was lying over $20, which felt really unfair. The assistant manager I dealt with earlier was lovely, but the service this time was very unprofessional.

   Today (July 12 Saturday, 2025), my sister and I visited the store for some shopping. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with one of the customer representatives — a lady wearing a cream-colored top. She was extremely rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke to my sister, telling her not to take six items into the fitting room. My sister had already finalized five items and was only taking one more to try on. The staff member claimed only five items were allowed, but there was no visible sign or notice anywhere stating this rule. What upset us most was the disrespectful and dismissive tone she used, which made us feel like we were being treated differently, possibly in a racist manner. If your store has policies, please display them clearly, and ensure all staff treat every customer with respect, regardless of background. We felt unwelcome and discriminated against. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this store to others. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity.

   Last week with my Friend I visited to shop at 6:35pm and my friend asked the staff if store is still open, they said yes we are closing in some time. . She picked up 3 clothes and tried on her, we wanted to buy one more Top but the girl said we are closed in very Rude way. It was only 6:45pm. We bought 3 cloths and left. . Staff really needs training on How to talk with Customer.

   Pleasant shopping always. Had some tops on clearance, colourful display and welcoming staff, keep up the good work guys. The dressing rooms are well kept and attended, tidy store and easy to go around with correct sizes arrangements which is truly amazing, cheap prices as well.
