   Feedback on Customer Experience I have no doubt that FILA offers quality products, and I truly appreciate the discounts available. However, I was disappointed by the customer service during my recent visit. While the merchandise met expectations, the experience was overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of a staff member. The employee on duty was noticeably rude, which made the shopping experience unpleasant. I believe that with improved customer service and staff training, FILA can further enhance its reputation and customer satisfaction.

   Staff needs some real training on customer service. I cannot believe a Fila store in prime location hired such a bad and uneducated staff. Fila - do you interview someone before hiring ? In this competitive market Fila hired a lady with ZERO professionalism and customer service and guess what made her a Manager. Such a joke

   Terrible customer service by Manager working today Monday 15/07/2024 A good company can easily be killed by poor management. This store and products has so much potential but it will be closed down soon if she continues working here. She was on video call with someone the entire time i was in store while other staff was running here and there. Do better in life Manager.
