Great products, but I wish I'd just bought them online. The staff were helpful once I approached them to request assistance. The music was blasting, so I couldn't really hear myself think. It definitely wasn't the greatest experience.
I never write reviews but the service was so terrible & reading all the other reviews shows this is a common thing. Walked in wanting to buy lots, got no greeting and both girls were at the counter chatting. As someone who’s worked in retail for over 5 years this is the opposite of everything retail trains for! I didn’t get any assistance at all and walked out after not being showed the fitting room. Will not be shopping here again!
Same reviews as others! Went yesterday and the staff (lady) was busy on her phone. No customer service as I was after a medium size, left straight away.
No service at all, girl which I won’t name was on her phone this evening, didn’t welcome me or ask if I needed sizes or asked me how I was going in the changing room!! Unfortunately I needed legging so I brought otherwise I wouldn’t have. Please train your staff!!
Went in on Saturday, staff was nowhere in sight until I got closer to the counter where the staff member was sitting and on her phone watching a show. The store had about 8-10 people just browsing and not a single person was greeted. I’ve never been so appalled with customer service until that day.
