   It was shocking to see this store didn't give any discount on boxing day when even the most prestigious shoe stores gave generous discounts. The owner had kept a board outside the store "Buy 1 pair and get 50% off on 2nd pair" but when asked the owner denied. Wont be shopping from this store ever again.

   Refund policy is so bad. Bought a purse for $120 at 4.52pm and store closes at 6pm. Went home to match the outfit and didn’t match. Obviously the purse was for EID! Refund is same day only, make it make sense. How can I travel if the store is closed? I came the next day. Mind you I traveled from hamilton on Friday thank god i stayed the night but obviously no use coz couldn’t return it. Their argument being that they dont know if it has been used or not but dont trust customers words and we say we haven’t used it. Really disappointed with the refund policy and please do better. Have been shopping here for soo many years and now wont be returning.

   The shoes I had in my mind were materialized in this store which was a relief because one rarely finds what they are looking for in the first store they visit. I also bought a few bangle sets which I was really happy with. The most notable though was the German Silver jhunkas (ya know, the cute drop dome earring style). Heavy as they were, they were of excellent quality. A male salesperson (assuming the owner, from the other reviews) of course was the one to introduce them to me and sell me on them. I took two pieces of such jewelry and I'm glad. They look SO good. Thank you for the slight price drop on one pair. It allowed me to swipe my card with some sense of having done my duty to my heritage by haggling down! The female sales attendant was the main reason for a 4 score with products at a generous 3. She was attentive and knew her stock to present me with suitable options which I gladly accepted. I'm sure, some of the other reviews are also true because we all know what it's like in the community, and so, if the customer service, customer complaints and return/refund processes can be addressed, this little indian store in Papatoetoe has the potential to be an off-the-charts-star store.

   I went to the store yesterday to look for some jewellery, and I normally buy my stuff from here. The owner was not present at the store, after waiting at counter for 10 minutes for an employee to be free, I asked to look at some pink jewellery only to be told "we don't have anything other than the stuff on display", despite them showing the customer before us pink jewellery... Not sure why we were treated so rudely but will 100% not be going back to this place. I think this is the rudest experience I've ever faced, would rather order things online or from boutiques than be treated like trash by these employees.

   On day of purchase owner of the shop jump in the middle of our conversation with sales person and he insisted to buy the expensive jewelry anyhow we spent $400 in the shop was neither given any receipt nor explanation about changing the jewelry and the owner was so pushy and made us to buy the jewelry he said on the basis on picture of Dress we had in phone.by saying it's my everyday job I know it will work And when it didn't matched we decided to go back and get it changed, and this day owner was not there to sort out the issue and sales person didn't actually know how to deal with complaints and started telling the previous stories that called cops bla bla seems like she was threatening us. (And whole conversations was very polite from our side) Such a bad experience. Not recommended at all.
