Rude Young Female Indian Staff here today. Asked a question nicely and she answered in an abrupt rude tone. Then I went to Sylvia park and found the item I was needing when she said it didn't exist. She Didn't even bother to check, just assumed her product knowledge was top tier, when she actually was just lazy and ignorant to go and check
I purchased a brand-new pair of jeans called Harper Highrise Cropped Jean, and the amount of holes they came with is ridiculous and unacceptable. Very poor quality control!
No wonder there are no customers there. The lady didn’t smile at all when I walked in, and I felt really awkward. Later she even looked at me as if I was stealing or something. How can customers shop if they don’t feel welcomed?

The worst ever customer service and staff at St Lukes. Bought today (Sunday - 13th November). I went for refund within 30 minutes of my purchase and refused to pay me back on Afterpay and forced to have Dotti’s gift card instead. I check with Afterpay, they have not changed any of their terms. And if it’s Dotti’s instore policy, it’s illegal and there were no signs on the refund policy for “Afterpay” on display. Apart from that, staff was very rude. I wish google introduce negative ratings for such staff. Dotti must review such rude staff and unexpected behaviour to customers.
Shame about your staff. Today thursday i popped in looking for an ocassional dress..10minutes instore neither 1 of the young girls offered any help, actually they didnt even acknowleged my presence..what a waste of employers money..
Pathetic customer service I Rate 0 star if there’s an option. Retailer is clearly handicapped! Maybe the manager should look into this. I went in to buy a dress on the 14th of April. I spotted a lovely dress where I tried on and decided to buy it. I was waiting at the cashier counter while this retail girl saw us but she just didn’t bother and carry on sorting her clothes in her hand. I needed to leave so I called her over to serve us. She came with the stack of clothes on her left hand. She used her RIGHT HAND to serve us. She used her one hand throwing and tapping the dress to find the security clothes tag. I have no idea why on earth she can’t put the clothes on her left hand down and serve us ?????? It was frustrating to see how she was treating us. And I asked for a bag and she still not using her other hand and she would open the bag with her one and only hand which she struggle to but she still didn’t use her other hand!! Is she HANDICAPPED??? I think it’s no point having another hand. Just very disappointed with how she served us!!!!!
Cute clothing with good price! really like there colours, their knit tops are so cute. love the pastel tone item! Staffs are nice and kind as well. They do sale a lot, I really like that too. :) Also Afterpay available!
Poor customer service. I bought a dress from st Luke's dotti last week . I changed my mind and want to return them but unfortunately I lost the receipt. But still dress is in original condition with tags and tag says it's from dotti. Staff asked me for proof which shows I bought it from st Luke's branch. I bought it with St Luke's gift card obviously I threw the gift card after I used all the balance in it. I tried to explain it but just no use. Very ridiculous service.
