Firstly I love Witchery, particularly my usual shop in Wellington but my experience at the Sylvia Park branch was really disappointing. Firstly, I was told my membership barcode on the cell cannot be scanned then I was told I could not use my $10 voucher on sales items (since when... ha! I just tried to order a sales item online, no problem and I have used them in past). Inconsistent service and disappointing experience which I never had before. Perhaps the Witchery HQ needs to provide training throughout all the branches.

Had a great experience shopping at Witchery Sylvia Park with the assistance of Dana. She was really helpful and patient, despite being on her own in the store and having to juggle a few customers. She also offered to grab the items that I wanted that were in off-site storage (within Sylvia Park but away from the store) during her dinner break as she was manning the store alone, which cut short her personal break. Dana truly went way above and beyond, providing exceptional customer service.

Thanks for advising alternate numbers to contact Sylvia Park branch. I've suggested the number displayed on Google changes so your customers, like me, are aware and can see the correct number straight away. Another bit of feedback I'd like to share with you. So, after trying to reach the store unsuccessfully, I made my way to Sylvia Park for the shoe I was going to buy on a busy Saturday mid-morning. Two lovely ladies busy doing some sort of training were at the front counter. I looked around the store, tried on display shoes, then eventually went to the front and requested my shoe size to try on- it wasn't available in the colour I wanted in store. Only at your Newmarket branch as the lady checked your system. I requested a call be made to Witchery New Market branch to check the 1 pair showing on the system was actually in store and hold it for me to make my purchase the following day. I even suggested I prepay to secure it at Sylvia Park, your assistant informed me the shoe was normal price, and I was aware of this and happy to still pay for it. Your lovely sales staff said it would be too busy to ring New Market as the store is having a sale and is quite busy and there is a shortage of staff. I said I really want the shoe, so happy to go get it, but I would need to make sure the shoe is actually in store before I drive all the way there. They just point blank, refused to call the store, and didn't even make an effort. Said they could email the store, which wasn't going to help the situation, and so i left without said pair of Snazzle black size 39 loafers. I am really disappointed in the customer service delivered on my visit to your store. I love your brand and have purchased a few items in the past, however, am not feeling the magic in your service delivery in store. You'll need to improve your game if you are really interested in having customers spend their cash with you and be brand supporters. Thanks Lameez

Not sure I will be buying much of Witchery anymore they used to be fabulous to deal with. I have placed orders and then they keep getting cancelled. I also had a top I purchased that I got out of the plastic a few months after to wear and all the hem was coming down. I took it back and the assistant said it was wear and tear. I said I had not even worn it. So finally she said she would send it away to get fixed. I was ok with that. I keep phoning store and leaving messages when they don’t answer. No communication of what is happening. There was a really rude lady that worked at Sylvia park and then I saw she was working at another retail outlet at Newmarket. She is now working at Witchery Newmarket and she is still horrible and rude. I hope once staff shortages get better Witchery are able to hire the calibre of staff they used to have working for them then I may start going back.
