   Very bad customer service on google it’s written 6pm closing time for Saturday and the lady sent me away at 4:34pm not acceptable at all they should update their timing policy . It was just a mere exchange if she wants she could have helped me instead sending me away. Last time shopping from Autograph

   I saw a top online was $94.99 NOW $18.99.......BARGAIN right, eh WRONG! I clicked on the Autograph West City - Website and it directed me to the page that had this price! Awesome, I phoned the shop, they had the exact one there and my size......as one can guess, I was so happy - WRONG! I was told the price is $100.00 - ummm, howcome? Oh the price is always different from online. Well it darn well shouldn't be as I clicked on your store and then your website so the price should be the same, well so thought!

   Unfortunately not the high level of clothes they had years ago, however stopped in yesterday and bought some end of season pieces from their sale racks and was looked after by Ruth who was lovely and very helpful.

   Finding nice, affordable plus-size clothing in New Zealand is a bit of a nightmare, but thank goodness for this shop! The shop assistants are always friendly and helpful, and they have genuinely nice clothes for those with curves. I had such a great time here over the weekend - what a superb sale! It's my favourite clothes shop in NZ and would definitely recommend you check them out.

   Update still haven't recieved my items and it is now the 18th of Dec doesn't look like I will recieve it before Christmas and no response from their customer service teams!! Ordered my clothes on 1st Nov and it is now the 8 Dec and I still haven't recieved my items. It states it will arrive in 14 working days but still waiting. If you can't deliver then refund our money. Will not order from Autograph website ever again and their customer service is non-existent buyer beware

   Lousy return customer service for items brought online. Only store in NZ not open on Monday, new hrs only posted on door of shop. Website says open Sun & Mon Returned again today only to be told they dont take Non Autograph label returns at the NZ store Yet Autograph sell these products through their website. They have to be posted to Aus Will cost as least a 1/3 of cost of my purchases Wont be buying from Autograph again. So disappointed
