Bought some dress for my wife. It was on special. It is a clean shop with modern clothes. Prices are not too high. Some staff are nice, but service can be different each time. Clothes look good, but quality can change.
Scarlett is a superstar! After a shocking call from Winz. And having to pay for new work clothes for a new job out of pocket, she was just lovely, and even helped me save money by using the app and was just overall very sweet! So thank you for making my day better!!!
This store has significantly improved compared to years ago when I felt uncomfortable being followed and watched while shopping. Now, I’m greeted warmly every time I enter, and the staff are genuinely friendly and always willing to help me find what I need. The improvement in customer service and staff interaction is truly noticeable and makes shopping here a much more pleasant experience. Great job on the positive changes!
Glassons Takapuna was the worst place to shop. Staff did not acknowledge me the whole time I was there. Tried a few pieces of clothing yet no one came to check. When I took the clothes back to the counter and selected the ones I did not want to purchase, I was told to go and hang them “on the rack at the back” A lot more to comment on as staff were very unprofessional and didn’t care about the shoppers. Date I shopped was 21st Feb 2024 at 9:30am
Paris is the most amazing sales assistant, she helped us feel so confident and was the loveliest person!
Paris from Glassons shore city helped me out so much trying to pick out some work clothes for my new job. She was so helpful, thorough and super enthusiastic. She also recommended certain styles that I never saw and went out of her way to look for specific sizes for me. truly an amazing experience customer service from her.
Arrived at the Takapuna store at 1.32pm today to find the store closed with a ‘Gone to lunch back at 2.30’ sign in the front. Considering I’d gone specially in my lunch break I was not impressed. I manage a retail store and the legal requirement for a lunch break is 30 minutes so why did ALL your staff have to be gone for an hour at the same time?? I couldn’t wait that long as ironically I had to go back to work!
Disgusting! Not only are staff rude and unfriendly, but accusing people of stealing with no reason or evidence. My little sister has just come home upset that the staff were following her around. Weren't even subtle about it all. What a joke.
No greeting the two girls on were unhelpful and unfriendly, I recieved no acknowledgement. I went to try some things on and nothing I liked so I promptly put them back and walked out as I was leaving one of the girls glared at me, She tried to accuse me of stealing, highly disappointed. I was humiliated
