Good service overall from the lndian lady behind the till today (05/07/24) around midday. Some people have the ability to lighten up your day without even knowing it. Will definitely call again

I went there today at manukau store. But there customer service need to improve. Its soo bad no smiling and the girls just showing you the attitude.
Not great customer service the lady was quite rude to the point where I felt awkward going to get the shoes off the counter where she just left them. The shoes themselves were good quality and suitably priced.
My first experience was not a very pleasant one. On Sunday, I tried my best to make payment with Afterpay but for some reason, the code doesn't work. The girl was not helpful at alland was very rude. I guess she was stressed because she is the only one working. But it's not acceptable to treat customers that way.
Absolute shambles, ordered shoes in store and had to pay up front to have them sent to the requested store. Waited over a week when I got in contact with them they still didnt have the shoes nor did the person had no records of the shoes ordered. I went to collect the shoes from the store they were being sent from for them to say they didnt have the shoes in stock. After wasting time and money in gas driving across Auckland for shoes that werent even there and another 2 days to resolve the issue with more wasted time no refund or discount was offered just a sorry and will try make it not happen again. Definitely wont be back, valued customer gone! You're lucky I have to give 1 star
# Management . how can you leave someone to look after a store who doesnt even have a skills to deal with customer. if customer ask u for a another size that doesnt mean u gonna throw it on counter and ask customer to pick it up instead of giving it to a customer in sitting area. all 3-4 times CSR did same thing.. worst experience , ll never recommened it to any one.
