   Went into the store looking for a specific shoe. They didn’t have the size in store, however the amazing Sacha managed to find the last one in NZ (Dunedin) and got it all sorted to be sent to my house! Awesome customer service.

   I didn’t catch the guys name, but he made my partner feel so welcome trying on shoes and making sure she was happy. The customer service was so good I went and got myself a pair too! Even though the 2 for 1 joke didn’t work, he happily looked after us with shoe protection. Absolute legend! Would recommend to anyone

   Tuesday 26/11/24 at around 14:00 A white blonde girl with multiple arm tattoos showed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude during an enquiry. My partner was asking for a size 8 woman shoe. The staff demeanour was shocking, while talking to us her arms were crossed. She also rolled her eyes and sounds irritated, while chewing a gum. She dismissively said “that’s for men, we don’t have your size!”. Then turned her back on her without offering alternative shoe or even trying to look for her size. This store used to have a very chill and welcoming environment. I don’t thin we will ever coming back to this store.

   I had an experience where my feet has different sizes and was struggling with what socks to buy and then a staff came and helped me with the size up and recommend a solution. didn’t catch her name but she was the dark hair lovely Asian girl with the eyebrow piercing. Will be buying more socks here in the future.

   Absolutely love the staff in this store. they’re so helpful even when they’re juggling many customers at once! i was desperate to find some shoes for my birthday. i was quite stressed and thought they wouldn’t have my size, but the girl with curly hair really helped me out and found the exact pair i was looking for in my exact size!!! she really made me feel comfortable and asked me about my birthday outfit to help me see how i could style the shoes properly. the female manager in charge served me and was really lovely! suggested that i get the shoe spray so that my shoes stay clean for my birthday coming up that weekend!! great suggestion because it really did work! overall, great customer service in this store. they play good music, they greeted me well and just really made me feel comfortable in a situation that i was initially stressed in. even wished me happy birthday as i left!!! how good x

   When I went into the store, I was so shocked because there was no staff at all. Not even one! I wanted to try on a couple of shoes but no one could help. Finally one of staff came out from the back and checked availability of size I wanted and found me one but it was different style from what I asked for. I waited for quite while and got wrong shoes so I went to other store. It wasnt worse to wait for staff there. No one was available ( I mean that no one was on the floor!!), and when staffs were on the floor, there were not helpful AT ALL! I wont go back there. Someone who is in management poison in Sylvia park store should consider restaffing. Very disappointing experience.

   We went to this store and bought 4 pairs of shoes. There was only one staff in the store. We asked for our size and waited patiently for the shoes. Before we paid the shoes, we asked this staff whether there was a rubbish bin in the store that we can throw our finished drink. He took the drink but kept shaking his head and smirking. When we were ready to pay the selected shoes, he went to grab the remaining shoes left beside the lounge and muttered“rubbish rubbish rubbish….”. And when we stood in front of the cashier, he asked me was the unfinished drink I was holding rubbish as well? I was so confused and felt we were not respected. If there is no rubbish bin in the store, we can take the drink away. Why is there a need for smirking and muttering. We spent hundreds but did not receive positive service. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE ANYMORE.

   Went to get a replacement for one shoe (overglued) of the pair my partner bought a day before. The young guy who had served us apologized and was nice about it. However, the manager/supervisor (woman) came off a bit strong and was making it seem like it was my fault. People are spending hundreds of dollars, she needs to have a better attitude and be more helpful. I didn't want to make a scene hence this review
