   Never to shop at Mirrou Botany again. Worse service ever. I took a pants that had a 50% sticker on, and the lady at check out refuse to honor the 50%. Telling me that is a full priced item. Then try and accuse me from taking the sticker off another item and put on the one that I wanted to purchase. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said manager is off for the afternoon and she's on her own in the store. Please give your staff some customer service training. They will destroy your business with their bad attitude.

   Very unfriendly staff. Seemed like we were judged when we asked a question. I just walked out of the gym and stopped by at Mirrou Botany to get some sweaters. Both the staff were staring at my clothes and face as if they didn’t want us to be there. I felt we were racially discriminated and even my 9yo felt upset about the mistreatment. Clothing range and price is of high value but surely unfriendly staff make the whole experience unpleasant….

   lovely sales assistant, very welcoming and genuine with all the customers while I was there. unsure why all the bad reviews, its a fast fashion store not personal shopping at Gucci, what kind of service do you expect? As for the clothes, great color selection and style options way better than all the other boring choices at other stores nearby.

   The worst customer service ever! Kids behind the till being rude and uptight! I purchased a few items on the 4th of July and only managed to get to the mall today (6th of August) to exchange them, as one item was too tight and a dress was not that nice and missing a button. The “young kid” at the desk said I cannot exchange the dress because I’m not within 30 days, I missed that by 1 day!!!! However, they were okay with changing the top to the bigger size? This is the most ridiculous customer service! Waste of time and money, most of what I buy from here never lasts and rips quickly! Never again

   Customer service is pathetic. Items were on 50% sale and we picked up few items from $9.99 and 50% off rack. We paid for it and as a habit when I checked the receipt I realized full price was charged for a top. We went back within minutes and the cashier failed to refund it, She even went to an extent of saying that maybe someone did not like the item and placed it in incorrect rack. I am not sure how does that becomes consumers problem. They said they will not refund for the top and further to come and talk to the manager who will be in on Tuesday and as she is only one person in store, she cannot be responsible for checking if incorrect items are not placed in sale racks. So expecting customer to make another trip to discuss to talk to the manager for something shop is responsible for. Absolutely appalled by Mirrous customer service. Extra $6 won't hurt my pocket but hopefully my experience will alert other customers and save them from such poor experience.
