   Decjuba Botany is fantastic! The store has a great atmosphere, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I love the layout—it's easy to find what you're looking for. Their clothing is really good quality and stylish. Overall, it's a solid five-star experience!

   Just saying "hi!!" does not mean you provided good customer service. The customer is meant to have a good shopping experience while in-store browsing and trying on things. This was the last store I went into after shopping in Botany. If the staff do need training, please consider help from the wonderful ladies at Mecca and Max Fashions. Sometimes I'd buy things I don't even need, if the service is friendly. And I'm sure other customers are also the same.

   I went to the store on 11th of April around 4:30pm. I just entered in the store and start browsing. The two staff ladies were standing on the counter and start laughing and talking with each other. It seemed so weird and looks like talked about me and laughed. I left the store straightaway and felt insulted. Not going there anymore.
