“The staff here are amazing! Went in yesterday, it was intensely busy and they were handling it like the pro's they are. I hope you all get paid well for your work because damn, you were good. Customers get so agitated when it's that busy, they want to get served straight away & patience is not their strong points but you all were juggling it all with such grace. Particularly one staff member, absolutely superhuman, you can tell they've been working there a long time. I love my sketchers~ but I'm reviewing because you better take care of that team!”

“Had a great experience shopping at Witchery Sylvia Park with the assistance of Dana. She was really helpful and patient, despite being on her own in the store and having to juggle a few customers. She also offered to grab the items that I wanted that were in off-site storage (within Sylvia Park but away from the store) during her dinner break as she was manning the store alone, which cut short her personal break.
