The guy working at the Westfield Manukau Mirrou is so rude. I thought he was having a bad day and was going to let it slide but saw the other reviews and looks like it’s his norm. Find another job if you don’t want to work in retail. People not wanting to shop there because of your facials and foul language!!!
That guy's customer service was pathetic using words such as shit when clothes fell from hangers.He was disrespectful towards other customers while asking for sizes.I never experienced like this before.Luckily the girls were very friendly.Manukau Mall 15:30pm
This guy’s service at mirrou was terrible, he needs service training. No greeting at the counter, didn’t put in eftpos amount, turned his back towards me to talk to someone else, saw what he did wrong and didn’t even say sorry, only thing he said was “bag” in an irritated tone. Bag what? Had me thinking he didn’t speak fluent English. I get it if he was tired or overstimulated but as someone who ALSO works in retail, there is no excuse. Do better.

Hopeless customer service in botany town centre staffs are very rude , no help given if u ask for more sizes they will work past u without concern with rude face like why u came in this shop ? Proper training required to handle customers or else no good ?
I have visited Mirrou NZ at Botany Town Centre around 1pm on a Saturday. I have chosen some clothes to try on and the sizing weren’t quite fit. I went back to the rack to choose more different sized items myself to try on as the only staff member Mav was busy serving other customers. On the way back to the fitting room, Mav saw me and walked towards me and told me off for taking too many items into the fitting room. I was not aware of this rule and Mav was not there at the fitting room to inform me to begin with and has decided to tell me off when she can later on. She told me it’s just the rules and I should not be too upset with it. The way Mav spoke to me made me feel very uncomfortable. I am not a young child and I was not expected to be told off like an 10 years old. After I have brought the clothes to the counter to pay for, Mav has served me and I told her that she made me feel very uncomfortable and it was not a good customer service that she has offered. She said she is the store manager and she has been there for 3 years and she didn’t appreciate me either. She has decided to continue to argue with me. I have decided not to buy the chosen clothes anymore, and she and the other staff member told me rudely “ Just Leave!!!” I can’t believe what I have heard. I think they were very rude and nasty and it was a very horrible shopping experiences.
My wife went in there on Saturday (18th of December).Took some clothes to try in the change room. She came out to show to the kids, went back in fitting room and the clothes she had worn from home was missing including the face mask and some dress she picked up to try on. The Manager's reaction was so pathetic saying that we don't know anything and we didn't see anything. This might be their way of doing sales so that customers are forced to buy from there.
Both spring garments and winter sales stock in store at present with lots of bargains to be had. The styles are great and up to the minute. Most garments easily last a season and what more can you ask from these prices!
