Their attitude was not only dismissive but outright rude. It was, without a doubt, the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. I’m genuinely baffled how a business with such a careless and disrespectful team is still operating. If this is considered acceptable service in your store, then it’s a serious reflection of management failure.
The recent bad reviews checks out. The two girls working Sunday 16th Feb provided unclear communication and service that wasted my time. The dark brown haired girl without glasses had an ingenuine sour attitude. Thought maybe they were having a bad day (esp the one with the attitude) but the recent reviews show that it's just who they are.
3 staff on at 12pm Sunday 24th November… no customers in the store and not a single welcome or hello from any of the girls. I further went on to make a purchase and I don’t even think the blonde curly hair girl knew how to smile. Appalling customer service.
Went in for a browse wanting to try on some new pyjamas. There were two girls at the counter gossiping, one on her phone. My friend politely asked if they had more stock of a pair of shorts and got told in a rude tone that it’s gonna take a few hours to put them out. She went back on her phone to show her friend something so they could keep gossiping. This was on Thursday at 2:30. Disappointing and rude service. Went to the albany mega across the mall and had a lovely girl help us out.

Average selection. Confusing layout. Bad unfriendly service.
Really loved the items I came away with, but spent a little bit more time than needed, as the staff were nowhere to be found in terms of helping with sizing and such. Friendly as I was paying, and as I said, I am happy with the things I bought.
