    Really disappointed with the experience we had here. I was shopping with my 2 teen girls. My youngest (bit curvier) was ignored by staff despite having items to purchase. Her more petite sister was immediately assisted by a staff member who even carried her goods to the checkout for her. She then asked her about her day and plans - lovely service for her. Her sister was served in silence, no offer to wrap her clothes. Such a huge difference in service. I noticed it, my daughters noticed it and another customer noticed it. It’s put us all off going there again

    Just have to say that I have been to a lot of Kookai stores and the girls at Sylvia Park have been the most professional and genuinely kind. I have no doubt everyone feels welcome in their store! Treat them well, you rarely find a team like that!

    Customer service has really been below average in most places, but not Kookai Sylvia Park. Genuinely the team were exceptional and it’s been a month since I visited (12th October) and I had to leave a review because I’m so impressed. I was greeted when I walked in, they gave me a hand finding styles and sizes, when I was in the fitting rooms they were so helpful with recommendations. They weren’t overly pushy and still gave me space as a shopper. 10/10

    I really enjoy my experiences at all kookai stores but today i was rather disappointed. The girl who was in the fitting room was so helpful and checked on me the right amount but seemed like another staff member was a little too eager as every 2 minutes she would come around the corner and ask how i was going mid-conversation with the other staff member. Wish i had got the girls name with the brown hair! She was amazing, thank you to her.

    Clothes are way overpriced for such basic looking items and i saw at least 5 different dresses with stains on them. Not good enough for the price you have to pay. Staff arent the friendliest either

    The last time I went to Kookai was a really nice experience. I’m not that into dresses but wanted to wear one out that night. The lady was so helpful and encouraging and totally understood what I was looking for. She was like my own personal shopper in that store and made a really daunting experience quite fun!

    First time going in as my sister insisted as she is a full on kookai brand lover.... walked in lovely clean store beautiful items, walked into the second half of the shop and 2 staff members having a conversation walked straight past them, no acknowledgement from them whats so ever then they walked away to continue the unprofessional behaviour. We tried on a couple of things, were not familiar with sizing so needed some assistance, actually had to ask if the staff member was working as she seemed as tho she had better things to do. Total dissapointment, unsatisfactory service and would be hesitant to ever return.

    Clothes are nice however customer service not too great. I was greated by a tall shop assistant who was nice enough however when me and my friend went to check out the two girls serving were wearing the same dress and looked like they would rather be anywhere else. The two girls at the counter were ignoring their customers and having a conversation between themselfs which is extremely rude. No problems with the clothes but maybe in your hiring process look a little more on customer service and a little less on looks.

    I was excited to buy a dress I had been looking at from this store for quite some time. I decided to bite the bullet and do it today, and I was "greeted" by 'Sophie W' at the counter. Her customer service skills need some SERIOUS work. I understand its a hard time to be in retail right now, but her attitude and confrontational nature towards me instantly destroyed my excitement at the thought of owning the dress I was looking at. A people skills course would be a great place to start.....disappointing
