   I went to this store yesterday around 5pm and it wasn’t even busy. The lady who assisted me didn’t bother to check the sizes at the back and only kept checking the system instead. It felt like she didn’t really want to help, which made the shopping experience frustrating.

   It's really terrible! I'm so angry. I never expected to encounter such service in a big mall in Auckland. When I bought the shoes, no one told me they weren't genuine leather, and there was no label on them indicating that they weren't. There was absolutely no mention on the shoes that they weren't genuine leather. I only found out they weren't genuine leather after I bought them and checked carefully. I went back to them to return the shoes, and it was only one or two days later, but they just refused to take them back. They even said they had told me, but no one ever did. This brand is in my trash bin now, and I will never buy anything from this brand again.

   I drive all the way to Sylvia Park Novo as another branch had told me Sylvia Park had heaps of my shoes in my size but when I turned up the lady wouldn’t serve me, she was also on her phone.(in her language) I waited 5-10mins until she asked me what I wanted then she continued to be on the phone while walking to the stockroom to look for my size then she came out saying they didn’t have any of my size. I explained that the another branch looked and told me they heaps plus I looked on the website and it said they have SOH. Very rude and I was the only customer in the store.

   The service staff here absolutely despise their customers. Also, unlke the rest of the modern world, this shop doesn't allow returns or exchanges, even on non-shoe items like handbags.

   I don’t usually post reviews but I couldn’t resist after having a horrible experience (I’ve also experienced this once before) at the Sylvia Park store. After reading the negative reviews about the young oriental “manager” I am not surprised. This person should not be in retail. She lacks any sort of happy emotion, does not have the can-do attitude and is extremely rude. I had called a few times prior to arriving - no answer. When I arrived no one was in sight and I had to call out a few times so she could hear me from the back room. She had her phone in her hand, texting. I got no hello or smile. When I found something I liked and it was time to purchase their paywave was down. I was told it had been like that for two weeks. I made the comment “that’s not good enough” and as I walked away that girl stuffed the shoes inside the box and roughly slammed it on the counter it made a big noise and gave me a fright. Luckily I wasn’t holding my young infant at the time. That girl was obviously angry I didn’t purchase the shoes and made it known. As I walked past the store on my way out I saw her on her phone again at the counter. Absolutely DISGUSTING attitude in every way. I will never step foot in this store. St Luke’s is excellent with helpful staff and I recommend anyone who is reading this to go there.

   Nice shop to buy shoes for ladies! Came here with my friend and the service was really good. The ambience gives you a good vibe to purchase and the customer service is pleasant and comforting. Got good selection and offers running as well! Staff got good knowledge of the products and that really helped in making the purchase.

   Disgusting service, not to mention the girl behind the counter lied about not having the shoe in stock. She then proceeded to lie and say that it was sold out everywhere nationally without checking the system then went back to being on her phone. The store manager Sonia was not helpful either.

   Great collection at this store. I absolutely love this store. They have a huge range and beautiful displays. Also have some good promotions going on. Moreover that staff here is also very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
