Clothes are over priced and the lady who served us clearly didnt want to be there. She was so rude to a Chinese lady in front of us who didnt understand the price and when it was my turn she barely acknowledged me and just said "cash or card". Not going to go back there again.
Overpriced, crusty and abysmal quality clothes. The changing rooms have no privacy and the employees have to monitor them all the time. If the prices were reasonable then that wouldn't have to happen. savemart deserves to close down permanently and you're better off shopping elsewhere
Can have very over priced items. Especially when you can find some items cheaper brand new. Eg Shien and Kmart brands. Otherwise has a great collection of goodies.
This used to he an op shop with reasonable prices but they've gone from shirts being $5 to $15 not sure how long ago they made this change but even the non designer are unreasonably priced. They atleast have a decent selection
If you want stained, over priced and out of date clothes, come here! Saw so many clothes that would be cheaper to buy new... absolutely disgusted at the store (leaking roof) and items inside. Not an op shop, not a good quality second hand shop, just a waste of time
Super overpriced compared to op shops. Stuff from kmart was priced above the brand new price - ridiculous. Heaps of stuff to browse through but good luck getting any bargains
Loads of good clean clothes and shoes to peruse. We did purchase a couple of unique outfits. Could spend hours here as it's well set out and roomy.
Clothes are quite expensive for a second hand store. Also was supposed to buy 3 items that took me ages to choose, just to end up returning them as they don't have paywave. Also my fault for not having my card, but it would be good if they accepted paywave. FYI: CASH is not accepted too. Only EFTPOS/Card.
Terrible customer service. They close the changing rooms about 15 minutes or more before the shop closes. Even when they have paying customers who are desperate to try on one piece of clothing. I have witnessed this one staff member being rude and uncooperative on more than one occasion. She obviously hates her job and cannot wait to get out of there. Such a shame because it could and should be so much more pleasurable to shop there if the staff were happier.
