“I popped into the Albany Liquorland store last week to buy a non-alcoholic Aperol drink I had been unable to source anywhere else. Apparently very popular at the moment. I was served by Jordayne and she was FANTASTIC. There were supposed to be three bottles put aside for me, but there was a mix up and only one was available. I had driven all the way from Gulf Harbour, so was a tad disappointed. Jordayne quickly went about and ordered what I wanted from another Liquorland Store and in her own time personally delivered them to me at my home (a good 40 minute drive from the store) a couple of days later. That is what I call great service, going above and beyond. Not much of it about these days sadly. Thank you Jordayne. You are a gem and I wish you well. Kind regards Sue Evans.”

“Brought in a 2005 vintage Casio GW-1401D G-Shock Tough Solar watch to have the battery replaced and was very pleased with the result. Runs like new, and they even went out of their way to clean it, and I will say it looks as good as a well-worn 20-year-old watch is going to get - they did an excellent job cleaning it. Also, I'm not sure why people are complaining about the battery replacement costs being expensive - $95 is very reasonable considering the rechargeable battery in these Casio units often costs 30-40 odd dollars a pop, is not readily available, and of course, there's the excellent cleaning job they did on it. I'm very pleased with the result to say the least!”

“The guy behind the counter Aidan (hopefully thats spelt right lol) Guy was a hero, went in on Fathers day as per tradition and he let us know there would be a slight wait due to Oven issues, no stress at all! It looked like he was working a solo shift which is bananas for a sunny Fathers Day! Dude never crumbled under the pressure and knew how to prioritise orders, my family and I placed a pretty sizeable order so we were expecting a long wait time since it was just him doing it all, he managed to get the small orders out fast so customers didn’t get upset, he slipped us an extra few garlic knots as an apology for the wait (hopefully I dont get him in trouble for that) Just solid, cool calm and collected service! - matt”

“Golden Silk Thai is a special place where very good food can be found. I am not unfamiliar with Golden Silk as the family have been getting take aways there for years. They provide a very authentic menu and is well worth spending time in the restaurant too as some of the best dishes are only served in the restaurant. Highly recommended”

“It’s a tiny drive into the cafe. Drive slow you can zip right past it. Delicious Altura coffee. Lots of food options both in the cabinet and on the board. About 5 or 6 tables outside great on a sunny day. If there’s any left when you get there try the cheese scone !!!”
