   The manager from Westcity Liquorland SAVED my wedding!!! Prince - was an absolute LEGEND to co-ordinate a bulk order for my wedding. He had great communication, took on our order at extremely last minute, guided us to our budget and what we wanted to buy and also helped us secure a chiller that we hired to store our alcohol. I highly recommend Prince if you want to order anything for a large event. He is happy to help and is such a calm presence in all the chaos of organising alcohol for a large amount of people. He's the man and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else but WESTCITY to get all your liquid goods :) Nga mihi e hoa!

   So I went in to get some drinks, when I buy drinks I always go here since it opened. Today, despite my two full sleeve tattoos and passport ID she said it was fake? She has sold to me before, she wouldn't even look at me when she checked my ID just looked at it and declared it fake? Despite having my travel stamps and visa inside the passport, to show further proof of showed her my lock screen of me and hubby with our kids and even that wasn't enough. She was an older Asian lady, she didn't look at me once. She looked like she didn't even want to be there, very Grimm look on her face the entire time.

   This liquor store needs to go, Henderson Shopping Mall area has now gone to the pack with people hanging around all day drinking, congregating in groups asking patrons going about their business for money, cigarettes and being a general nuisance. Get this store out of the mall!

   Very convenient location but the lady behind the counter very sad said hi to her she didn’t even bother looking at me she was busy doing our thing, spent three minutes inside the store got no help I just walked out I’ll take my business somewhere else.

   Customer service outstanding - using public transport, I picked up a few groceries so needed a carrier bag for my purchase. after three attempts a chiller bag was found so I could carry home. Well done and v much appreciated.
