    Myself and family visited here a few days back expecting to buy 2 pairs of shoes we walk out with a few more items, this was mainly because of the impeccable service we received, it has been sometime since receiving good customer service. Greeted the moment we walked in, advised of sales and deals going on and Female manager checking up on us, she also took our items to free us up to shop, we will be back during school holidays , thank you converse Westgate.

    Went to refund some shoes that weren’t suitable. Shop was already closed at 5:13pm despite advertised opening hours to 5:30pm. Rung the store to check if they were open, was told they were closing at 5:15pm today. They were however definitely already closed. Workers still inside.
