“Seeing a lot of fake 1 star reviews from friends of one disgruntled customer. so here's a 5 star to try even it out. Never had any issues with this place. I guess it must be a user error. Rude Customers seem to not be held accountable for being rude to retail workers yet this business is being review tanked because of it. How can you be happy with the service you get from the husband and then 1 star his business becuase you didn't like your interaction with his wife? His business suffers because of this. This is clearly a smear campaign because one person is petty and salty about it. How about going to one of the other 5 liquor and vape stores in the area instead of getting your friends to review bomb someone's business.”

“Auckland Zoo is an easy standout. The staff and volunteers are genuinely friendly and make the whole place feel welcoming. The animals look well cared for and the habitats are clean and well maintained. Plenty to keep the kids entertained with lots of space to explore and learn. Also, the coffee at the front cafe is surprisingly good which is always a win. A smooth, enjoyable visit from start to finish. Great place for families. Parking was closed due to renovations, so we had to park near MOTAT. Nice walk through the park though.”

“Such a fantastic building with tons of culture. A cozy theatre just big enough for the medium sized event. While awaiting the upcoming performance the theater itself gives so much to look at and admire. Parking building around the corner but tight streets, may suggest Uber to your event.”

“Absolutely cannot fault the service we received here! I emailed earlier in the week to enquire about the duration of a sale and they responded promptly. We went in today to purchase three car seats in order to fit three across in our vehicle. Jen served us and went absolutely above and beyond. She helped us to pick the right seats, talking us through pros and cons of a few seats, she then helped us to trial the fit for the three and then properly install all of them. All this on a stinking hot day, while being lovely to our two preschoolers. Thank you Jen for your amazing service, and thank you Babies NZ for your range of affordable, high quality carseats that enabled us to solve our three across dilemma without compromising on safety or having to remortgage the house! Highly, highly recommend!”

“We have visited PINS 10 pin bowling many times. Always friendly staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. Our most recent visit was on fathers say 2025, I think they let me win! Haha. We had the most enjoyable time and everyone was happy, the refreshments were delicious and prices are reasonable! “If I could give more than 5 stars I would! A few years ago I was pregnant,tired and incredibly hungry and all the restaurants were actually closing their doors, including vino. My poor husband ran up just as you were closing the doors and asked if you had anything spare he could buy for me quickly. Without hesitation you actually turned your ovens back on,chatted to my husband about life,and made me a double portion of pasta FREE of charge and said it was a gift for us and our first baby. I genuinely cried at how generous you were to a total stranger. Don’t know if you remember this at all,but it’s always stuck with us! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.”
