   Was having the worst day of my life having to take my 7 kids around clothes shopping and finally decided to have a stop at cotton on kids Glenfield and was met by the best customer service I have ever had! all 8 of us were served extremely fast and efficiently by your team member Yves and we even had time to have a hilarious conversation afterwards! Such a ball of light and energy all of us just felt immediately welcomed and taken care of. I felt so awful after my minions just absolutely ravaged the store but Yves ensured me that it was absolutely fine and that's just how kids are! After my experience at Kmart Albany last week i thought it couldn't get better but WOW!! my standards have been RAISED!! xx Sue-Ann

   Very nice and well stocked cotton on kids store. A lot of product options and range is available. Prices are competitive and offers are almost always available. The click and collect service is nice and hassle free. Staff are cheerful and helpful. The location is convenient and easily approachable in the glenfield mall. Highly recommended.

   Always such amazing service both at the adults and kids stores in glenfield mall. Today I was in the adults store and was stuck for ideas as to what to purchase for my 17 year old nephew. A young gentleman whose name I believe was Brian was very patient and helped me pick out the perfect Christmas outfit for him. Lucy was so friendly helping me at the checkout and even gave me a pack of tissues as a thank you for my donation to their charity - how sweet :)

   I don't usually post reviews but your staff member Kateni at the Glenfield store deserves a shout out. She was so lovely in store yesterday. Amazing customer service really makes a difference at the moment, especially with covid. She was so friendly and genuine.
