“Super impressed right from the assistant at the Merivale store. I went in browsing and she asked if she could help. I said no one seems to have navy sandals and she immediately asked if I had seen ones on the website and showed them to me. I pondered for a day as also saw they were in a powder blue colour. Anyway I ordered and my shoes arrived within a week. Very impressed and excited. Thanks for the great service.”

“Good value and very friendly staff, but during busy hours there may be a bit of wait to get served. Handy location with ample parking. Look out for specials and this is a good place/alternative for kids shoes especially. They also have decent goods return policy. Why pay twice as much if you are buying shoes that you are not gonna be wearing everyday as most shoes in NZL are made in China or other SE Asian nations. Recommending a visit to the store next time you are in the area and grab a bargain.”

I have since learnt that someone up the road from my place has received the package and helped themselves to my son's jacket. They have decided to be an awful human being and keep the jacket for themselves. So I would like to change my review and thank you for sending me a new jacket without taking payment or accepting payment and making sure I receive it (which I have).
