While the staff at the store were very helpful, they unfortunately made a pretty huge mistake. We bought 4 pairs of shoes for a wedding party, spent almost $700. These were for the civil ceremony and they packed two left shoes for the groom, who had different shoes to the groomsman. We realised their error as we were changing to go for bridal party photos and there was a last minute panic. Instead of being out taking photos we had to source another pair of shoes. 3 Wise Men had closed, but in the end Merchant1948 said they’d stay open for us (beyond their normal hours) if we could send someone to pick up the shoes. 3 Wise Men have said “sorry, we can offer you a free shirt for the inconvenience” which is pretty disappointing considering the bride and groom missed out on their bridal party photos. I would recommend sticking with Barkers (High Street - right across the road and amazing customer service!) and was super impressed with Merchant1948 and their willingness to assist, even though we hadn’t previously bought anything from them.
Shocking Experience. Never buy shoe from 3 Wise Men. After using the shoe for three times , it has gone really bad. Store Manager Luciana was not ready to acknowledge the problem and finally had email communication other manager Damian Dobb. Mailed some photos to Damian and to my surprise Damian doesn't agree with my concern and not at all apologetic and had any intension to resolve the issue. Please think twice before you buy from 3 Wise Men.
Beautiful shirts that are so comfortable and light. They won't let you mix sizes of suit jacket and pants though, even if you're spending thousands on multiples for a wedding party.
