   Mighty ape you’ve done it again!! I ordered a year back when I discovered your business and had a pleasant experience. I don’t need to buy much but decided to order through you for some Christmas shopping. I had a delightful experience. I opted to collect my items and didn’t have to wait any longer than a minute!!! I was blown away by the efficiency. The girl whom I spoke to, I believe her name was Sadie, was very kind and we shared a laugh. All the workers roaming around were very welcoming and respectful. Amazing business you’ve got here. I will definitely purchase some more for end of year sales. Thank you mighty ape .

   It is a shame what Mighty Ape has become. It would be a good case study in what not to do when taking over a well loved store. I am happy to pick one particular reduction in service to talk about today, and that is the Pick Up option. In the past, you have been able to order something and have it ready for collection in an hour. Having used this in the past (plus many other companies that allow 1 hours click and collect), my wife put through an order on Sunday morning, as we were out that way around lunch time. Over 2 hours later we popped in to see if we can collect and were told no, we had to wait for the email. On asking how much longer we were told it would be at least another couple of hours and that waiting another 2 hours wasn't that long and shouldn't be an issue... We were told that the system change meant that it took longer, and that there was nothing that could be done about it. This is a massive step backwards. This wouldn't have been such an issue if we weren't used to the great service provided. Or if there was an indication given, either on the site, or during the checkout process, about the fact it was going to take over 4 hours to be ready.

   So impressed with this ECO-WORTHY solar trickle charger. After careful research, I purchased 2 units a year ago, and they have been very successful in keeping my tractor and boat fully charged. So I purchased another 2 units for a couple of cars (AGM batteries). Not only was it SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper from Mighty Ape than other suppliers, but their delivery service was excellent - actually I was expecting it to come from overseas, but seems it came from Christchurch. So totally recommended.

   Ordered the Hyperanger collapsible bottle for work Secret Santa, arrived 2 days later. My grandson said they were fabulous and be so handy to have in backpack etc as not bulky. So have ordered another one to put with his Xmas goodies.

   Making a purchase at Mighty Ape is always a great experience, and it's made even better if I get to go and pick it up. The staff are always friendly and communicate well, and the goods are always ready in a timely fashion. One of the best click and collect experiences; certainly better than your standard retail store.

   I have used MightyApe occasionally throughout the years and am always pleasantly surprised at the consistency of their speedy delivery and effective service. Highly recommend, the book I ordered was delivered to me within 2 days in pristine condition. Their communications are clear and keep you updated to where exactly your order is. One note - the lack of shrink wrap or any kind of waterproofing did make me nervous as it was sent in only cardboard, but can't really fault the choice in sustainable packaging as it arrived looking mint! 5/5 stars would purchase from them again.
