“Today I visited Pandora Manukau and was blown away by the service here. I came in looking for some bracelets and Idil provided the best customer service I have ever had she was very welcoming helpful and accommodating she helped me find 3 new bracelets as well as some charms. Idil was awesome, so friendly, very patient and helpful the whole time providing excellent customer service when trying to find which bracelets I liked the most, to sizes and showing how each bracelet was different. We must of been in there for a hour to find our perfect bracelets and charms and Idil was patient with us the entire time, and didnt rush us. Idil made my trip to pandora the best it could possibly be it was the first time in a while I had actually been able to walk out of a store and feel very happy with where I spent my money, and ill definitely be back to see Idil and buy more things. Her costumer service is amazing, please Idil deserves so so so much recognition for her outstanding customer service.”

“I was at spec savers a few weeks ago looking for some new frames and I was helped by Karl, he was very professional friendly and knowledgeable & let me know about their current specials which I really appreciated. He organised my prescription for a pair of near and far sighted frames. I returned today to pick up my new frames and was greeted by Jen, with a welcoming smile and she was amazing getting my frames fitted properly before I left. Karl & Jen have made me a loyal customer their customer service is top notch! An asset to the business.”

“The food was served warm and fresh. Meals ordered was scrambled egg with toast and Omelette w tomatoes, mushroom and onion. My partner said the omelette was amazing. The scrambled egg was moist and tasty. Coffees were cappuccino and flat white , both coffees were very well made. A few things that could been a little better is adding another slice of toast to the omelette one was not enough for my partner. The toasts are considerably small. The flat white was a little tepid, however it didn't take away from the experience and flavour of the meals and drinks.”

“Very organised and neat store. It's not huge like the Mega10, which is good as well as I could find what I'm after very quickly. Visit now for the opening deals, there are quite a number of items on specials! The garden area is not big but very clean, worth a quick stroll. Pop into the cafe for food and drinks, it's great and deserves our support.”

“I went there yesterday for a couple of things I needed. I spoke to a couple of their staff, one at customer service, unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was super helpful. When he realised that what I was looking for is not availablr at that warehouse he gave me some options—places I could go to. Another staff helped me find what I was looking for. “Wow wow wow! I cannot exaggerate the 5 star customer service. The attention each staff member gives you and the advanced knowledge each customer representative holds. Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance. “May 2023 Back again fow a few items in between our regular shop. The store very clean and tidy as usual. Jan 2023 A quick visit was carried out today. Shop is still very clean and tidy. Shelves are well stocked and presented. The self service checkouts are very easy to operate and can make shopping less time consuming. Earlier visit Easy store to shop in. Products are well laid out and there is always a store staff member close by who will off assistance if required.”

“My favourite supermarket, I go here multiple times a week and have been doing this for around 5 years. Relatively small store with a tonne of selection. All the staff are incredible and they are always polite, helpful, and keep shelves stocked. Beats any supermarket in west Auckland radius by a long shot.”
