“Very friendly and fast service. Not a big store compare to stores in other cities so narrower isles to navigate through. It still has everything that a typical Spotlight shop offers. Ample parking spaces out in front but given this is an old shopping centre site, those parking spaces are small and tight. There are other shops/cafe/Fast food in the vicinity so can get all you shopping done in one go. Overall a pleasant shopping experience and will return again. Recommending for others to visit the store.”

“Very handy to home,plenty of parking,Countdown shopping GREAT,shoppers movement within the store flow by where all shoppers know where their items of purchase are,no matter the age group. Staff always very helpful and pleasant Central Mall also has a great free flowing movement by where shoppers have great respect for each other around them. Shop outlets have all provided safe awareness to their customers and staff. What more can anyone expect when pan/19 has made us aware of what can happen in times of a crisis. LETS ALL KEEP SAFE.”

“My favorite shop I like it better than Napier Woolworths Supermarket will be back cause you have got a good selection of GF products that Napier Pak n save doesn't have and I will be buying most of my GF stuff from Carlyle Street Woolworths Napier from now on. You had rice flakes which will replace my normal porridge which I will be buying if I like them”

“This one worker her name was Jade, I always see her there and she is the best worker I've ever seen. She once helped me out of a locked changing room, helped a little kid after they tripped, got something for this old lady off a tall shelf, hyped up this girl in some shoes she wanted to buy, and even helped this guy pick out a nice scarf for his wife. Once I accidentally was short five dollars and she payed the rest. This girl is amazing and deserves so much more than she is paid. Praise this woman she is beautiful on the inside aswell as the outside.”

“Amazing service here. Needed a replacement dishwasher and the team were able to recommend options that would fit in the same space, and get the right one for my budget. They also came and removed the old one and replaced it with the new one! I won't go anywhere else for appliances again, these guys are a 10/10 for customer service.”

“As a visitor from NSW, Australia, I can't believe Woolworths has a pharmacy inside it! And it sells alcohol inside as well! (not a separate store like in Australia). Also saw sausages being sold in a plastic bag! Then my credit card bill still says Countdown instead of Woolworths, which was their old name! New Zealand is truly an interesting place.”

“Absolutely outstanding service from Lisa, the checkout manager at Fresh Choice Roslyn, Dunedin. We asked if it was possible to organise a fruit gift basket — something most places would have simply said no to — but Lisa immediately sprang into action. “Great hospice. Always tidy, great pricing, lots to sort through. The previous manager was so ruddy awful always screaming and yelling, the place became unbearable. A lot more chill now. Great staff as per usual. Not sure if I met the new manager today, whoever she was, she was awesome. Lot more chill now at the hospice.”
