I have a awsome shopping experience with a customer service from Kalven. I brought some snow gears and he help us to measure our foot size to save us some time during the ski gear rental and the goggles are good fit.
It's OK. Staff very helpful but seemed lacking in stock? They had a single burner butane stove with a hot plate but very expensive. Walked along to Supercheap Autos - they had the 2 burner butane stove with hotplate for less money.
This was our second time shopping here. Kelvin saved us alot of money with his knowledge of the products, your definitely an asset young man! I recommend anyone who wants to buy camping, hiking, skiing or even just a pair of sunnies to go talk to him, he will be glad to assist and share his knowledge. We'll done to Richard the Manager who teaches his staff to be very friendly and helpful. It is a true pleasure to shop at your store!
Two staff members offered to help, so that was great. But then they told me all scooters are boxes with none for display. I went to this retail store because I knew it had good prices and wanted to look at the item. If they only have them boxes then there is no benefit over buying online?
Great shopping experience. Friendly and available staff plus great prices for some products. We have a buying discount code and it saves so much money. Impressive displays of tents and camping gear. Helpful to sit in the camping chairs before purchasing them which I appreciated.
Great new store, plenty of range as well as the ability to ride a virtual bike. All the brands you would expect and great to have a full bike workshop on site also. Well worth a visit as it is a step up from else is out there
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend everyone buy things from here. VH
