“I recently had knee surgery here. Southern Cross hospital is fantastic. Everyone was very nice and kind. The nurses went all the way into making me feel comfortable. I appreciate their kindness so much. The room was tidy and the equipment is very good. Having wifi and a tv with headphones jack makes the wait and the pain easier to tolerate. Honestly, nobody wants to be in a hospital, but this hospital make the experience pleasant. Thanks to all the staff. I would recommend this hospital to everyone.”

“Today I visited Pandora Manukau and was blown away by the service here. I came in looking for some bracelets and Idil provided the best customer service I have ever had she was very welcoming helpful and accommodating she helped me find 3 new bracelets as well as some charms. Idil was awesome, so friendly, very patient and helpful the whole time providing excellent customer service when trying to find which bracelets I liked the most, to sizes and showing how each bracelet was different. We must of been in there for a hour to find our perfect bracelets and charms and Idil was patient with us the entire time, and didnt rush us. Idil made my trip to pandora the best it could possibly be it was the first time in a while I had actually been able to walk out of a store and feel very happy with where I spent my money, and ill definitely be back to see Idil and buy more things. Her costumer service is amazing, please Idil deserves so so so much recognition for her outstanding customer service.”

“Wow wow wow! I cannot exaggerate the 5 star customer service. The attention each staff member gives you and the advanced knowledge each customer representative holds. Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance. “May 2023 Back again fow a few items in between our regular shop. The store very clean and tidy as usual. Jan 2023 A quick visit was carried out today. Shop is still very clean and tidy. Shelves are well stocked and presented. The self service checkouts are very easy to operate and can make shopping less time consuming. Earlier visit Easy store to shop in. Products are well laid out and there is always a store staff member close by who will off assistance if required.”

“We just bought a mattress with the help of Joseph - he was so patient showing us around! He’s so nice and kind but never pushy. Even when we told him we wanted to check out other stores after taking at least half an hour of his time - he was still so nice and professional. I had come in as I’d had an Item put on hold for me and they were so helpful, the lady helping me noticed that the butterfly on the back of the earring was loose so she found a replacement that fit snugly, then she also took the time to clean the other earring that I had purchased at a different branch (single studs) was super impressed with the friendly service I received. “The food was served warm and fresh. Meals ordered was scrambled egg with toast and Omelette w tomatoes, mushroom and onion. My partner said the omelette was amazing. The scrambled egg was moist and tasty. Coffees were cappuccino and flat white , both coffees were very well made. A few things that could been a little better is adding another slice of toast to the omelette one was not enough for my partner. The toasts are considerably small. The flat white was a little tepid, however it didn't take away from the experience and flavour of the meals and drinks.”

All the staff are incredible and they are always polite, helpful, and keep shelves stocked. Beats any supermarket in west Auckland radius by a long shot.”
