   Worst experience ever at Specsavers. I booked an appointment, got a confirmation email with all the details, and took time out of my day to go there — only to be told they were “fully booked” and that their system wasn’t working. The staff member, Ume, was extremely rude and made me feel like it was my fault when I clearly had proof of my booking. I honestly felt like I was treated differently. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. However, The other representative was nice she supported me at the moment the other customer did not come and she let me see the optometrist.

   I bought new glasses today and then tried explaining to the older lady at the store that my other glasses from last year were not clear esp the lenses, she kept talking over me and interrupting, I just bought the glasses last year, she kept going on and on about how my eyesight would deteriorate. My prescriptions were the same and it appeared she went all defensive about how my eyes deteriorate and how the scratches were mine. Gosh I spent about $750 last year and $450 something this year. You want another $380 for new lenses? RIP off!!

   I was at spec savers a few weeks ago looking for some new frames and I was helped by Karl, he was very professional friendly and knowledgeable & let me know about their current specials which I really appreciated. He organised my prescription for a pair of near and far sighted frames. I returned today to pick up my new frames and was greeted by Jen, with a welcoming smile and she was amazing getting my frames fitted properly before I left. Karl & Jen have made me a loyal customer their customer service is top notch! An asset to the business.

   Frustrating experience buying glasses for children. Need to return multiple times to get the frames fitted correctly. You don't get supplied the durable cases advertised with the frames on the website - you get cheap ones instead. Difficult to get hold of on the phone.

   Good store, very high end range of glasses. The promos are bid misleading on times, as for lenses they would drive you to buy add ons quoting that standard lenses are old technology now and don't work well (but then they should stop selling those)
