   I have always shop at Karori Woolworths, most of the long serviced staff were lovely, unfortunately lately I have experienced new staff are rude and unfriendly. One of the new staff member that was servicing me tonight pushed the trolley with my shopping further away while I wasnt finish putting things away. I walked away feeling annoyed at his attitude but then he yelled at me infront of other customers and staff members, and heard him laughing with his co-workers, while I was walking away. Woolworth Karori staff were more friendly and often displayed professionalism before, unfortunately, customer service is not as good as it used to be. My advice to this young fella, this job is not for you! Go drive a folklift or pick apples somewhere! You have a very poor attitude for frontline customer service jobs! I would much rather preferred Karori New world.

   If I could give them zero I would, I’ve never ever been greeted by anyone EVER or even when I attempt to smile I get stared at like a Bambi in the head lights, no customer service skills at all, I say thank you as we walk away and I get ignored, today I came in with a friend, he attempted to buy a can of beer, he had his ID I did not as I ran in from the car, I then turned to the staff member who seems to be there the most (not serving us), that has served me with my ID MULTIPLE times, thinking he’ll maybe help out and tell the new employee he’s served me before… NOPE stares at me again like the lights are on and no one’s home??? Every single person (I’ve come across) in your store is shocking and should not be working in customer service , don’t like people? DONT WORK WITH PEOPLE!! Get a factory job where you can have a sour look on your face everyday and not ruin other people’s day! In saying that, there are good employees that the karori store has! The ones who are, know who they are, they smile and they do what they should, time for a team meeting with the big boss I think, have been loyal to this super market since moving here in Jan 2024 and I’ve had enough! New world karori, here we come with our whole flat full of people to spend our money somewhere that deserves it!

   Staff at this store are one of its best assets There is a pool of staff members who have been here for years and they never seem to tire giving great customer service. .I often see them helping older people etc with such care and patience. If something isn’t quite right it’s not a problem to help Well done guys. It’s one of the reasons I shop at Woolworth Karori.

   A neglected and depressing place long overdue for demolition. Landlord must not care at all. Bowl it and build a new one. Rude, young male check out operator. Proper, old school, angry service. Not easy to find such glaring indifference these days. Countdown recruiting staff nail it again. Meanwhile, New World,next door, has lovely, bright young staff.

   Great employees, they are super helpful and kind always being very hospitable. Used to be great prices but inflation happened so that can't be helped. I personally love this place it always has such a vibey tune playing in the background so you really feel like the whole experience is hightened. Thank you Countdown for being great.

   The range is small due to the small size of the mall. However, the staff always give great customer service! From the time to my car broke down when I was on my way to collect a click and collect order, to today when I bought the wrong bulbs and needed to swap them for the right ones, the staff have always been very understanding and helpful.
