We went in thinking one thing, but were quickly rushed in where 3 drs and 5 nurses worked so quickly to help our little boy start to breathe again. I know that’s your job, but he is our life, and we can’t thank you enough ❤️ once in recovery, Erica, a nurse in the Rangitira ward was so accommodating and caring and natural, that it made our stressful time there easy. I’m always surprised by how quick, accurate, and thorough her work is. She really listens, explains things clearly, and makes you feel cared for. I also saw Dr. Carl, the women’s health doctor, and had such a great experience. She made me feel completely comfortable, talked me through everything step by step, and turned something I was preparing for the worst into a calm, non-traumatic process. Truly grateful for her care. Highly recommend this clinic!”

“Our flat for the upcoming year was done through them, always got quick replies and they even made sure to keep us up to date as the application process was being carried out. The woman who we dealt with to sort out the contract was very nice and helpful, she made sure to explain each part of the contract as we had some first time renters. “I arrived last week in an ambulance after a hip replacement elsewhere to be greeted by a bulging ED with resources clearly stretched. Despite that I was seen quite quickly and was admitted for a cardioversion. The procedure was completed quickly and effectively the next morning. Despite being a large and complex facility the staff were terrific; thanks to the cardiologists, theatre staff, nurses on Ward 10 and the many others who assisted. All were super helpful and cheerful which was much appreciated.”

“Came here for a couple weeks for a winter getaway. Was not disappointed! Outstanding service from the gourmet dining in to the karaoke lounge room classes. If you are visiting Dunedin this is the place to stay! Luxurious bedding, breakfast in bed and they even have a a tennis court. There’s no time for boredom at the Wakari resort; if you’re not out shooting hoops or taking a piss there’s a huge selection of essential oils to smell at the reception area. If I haven’t convinced you yet picture yourself in front of a flat screen tv relaxing to informercials, creating masterpieces in the spacious art area or cigarette but collecting in the beautiful gardens with your new friends. This place truly has it all.”

“Nothing but positive reviews for the Doctor at Kroad Medical Centre. All in all, she is SOLO so she does it all on her own. Patient's need to give her empathy. Today, I really needed to see a Doctor. I called 3 Different Doctors, DR Chand was able to see me the same day. Yes it was a bit of a wait, however I didn't have to wait weeks and weeks to get better. Dr was very understanding, provided professional advice and I received the care I needed. Again, some people need a bit of empathy for the Doctors when medical is a very long wait these days.”

“Got in there early because of the stories behind the cues at VTNZ. Arrived at 7.15am ended up third in line. Not to bad. The staff are always friendly and helpful, they definitely know they're stuff. I feel comfortable knowing that my car is totally roadworthy once it gets a warrant.”
