It would be a 1 star but the first lady who did my pedicure was very nice and professional. Second lady, Lee who was doing my builder gel manicure was quite mean, unprofessional and rude. Speaking horribly about me and my nails in her language to her coworkers, I can understand most of everything she said. I paid for pedicure gel and builder gel infill manicure, total $158. Lee told me that my original manicure nail polish wasnβt builder gel and it was normal gel with chrome on top. Which in honesty I had no idea, I went some where else prior and asked/paid for builder gel and chrome - thought it was what I had on. She took my nails off completely and just applied normal gel shellac whilst saying some nasty things. Money isnβt a problem and I would happily pay more. I just wanted to get builder gel infilled which I thought I already had, and if I didnβt then communicate with me and give me the option to pay more if needed. Donβt be so nasty! Also her co workers forgot to mention to her I wanted to pay for additional chrome for my manicure, which is fine but the attitude Lee had towards them/me made me say itβs ok donβt worry about it. Thank you to the lovely girl who served me and also the other one who did my pedicure! Very clean salon and good products.

I chose Sculpt Luxury Nail because it looked elegant and beautifully designed exactly what the name promised. Unfortunately, the management and service did not reflect the same level of βluxury.β Ambiance: The salon itself is stunning, and the dΓ©cor truly gives off a luxury vibe. No complaints here. Management & Pricing: I booked French acrylic tips online for $59, I was quoted $99 when i went in person. With two types of nails offered, the staff should ensure clients are properly informed instead of upselling at the last minute. Transparency is key in customer service. Service & Experience: The atmosphere was poorly managed. From the moment I walked in, there was no proper welcome. Staff were talking so loudly among themselves, looking unapproachable and not well groomed, 2 of the staffs lying on the chair. Words won't be enough to explain how unwelcome I felt as a customer. The technician doing my nails seemed distracted, paying more attention to the door than to me and leaving in the middle of the service to attend customer's. As a result, my nails were left uneven, with glue stuck on my right hand thumb. People go to nail salons or massage places to feel special after a long week, but this experience was the opposite. Instead of relaxation, I left feeling disappointed and undervalued. This review is not meant to demean the company, but to highlight areas that desperately need improvement. If Sculpt truly cares about its reputation, management and service standards must be immediately. And always remember that the first impression is the last!

To say that we were disapointed with this overpriced service, is an understatement. The nail salon being presented as a "luxury" salon, suggests that higher priced services will come with a really good experience. This was not the case. My husband and I walked into the salon at 16h50, last Friday, 7th November, and asked for 2 pedicures. They asked us to come back in 10 minutes, which we did. We were seated in the pedicure chairs, and my pedicure was started. I needed to have normal polish removed. 15 minutes after my treatment started, they finally started my husband's pedicure (he was just about to get up and walk out). I asked them to just cut my nails a little. They cut them so short that they were really red and sore afterwards, and they looked terrible. An absolute hack job. Jagged edges that I needed to sort out when I got home. The cost of this "basic" pedicure, no polish, was $ 55.00 each. That's a lot more expensive than my normal salon, but I thought I'd like to have a "luxurious" experience for my husband as I'd been begging him to go with me for a pedicure, he's never had one before. After this experience, he would be hard to convince to go again ! He also asked me afterwards whether all pedicurists were so unfriendly, unsmiling and surly with customers ! I have been to many salons for my nails over the years, and this is most definitely one of my worst, if not the worst experience I've ever had. I would recommend to avoid this place. Not worth the inflated prices, and the treatment, simply awful ! Edit* As I wasn't watching closely, although a little painful, I didn't notice the result until getting home. We raised a concern about the delay in treatment starting before it eventually started for my husband, and I specifically asked the lady to focus on an area of his feet, which wasn't done. Also only discovered when we got home and had a good look at what was done.

Positive: - clean and tidy - relaxing and quiet Negatives: 1) nail tech's customer service skills need to be worked on. 2) I got over charged, was only $5 but still... 3) not happy with how the gel was applied to my nails, too far from the cuticle so although I just got my nails done today it looks like theres already a week+ in growth. - also applied the gel uneven and too thick (photos attached). Would not go back to Sculpt Nail Salon Again.

I usually go in a weekday but I went on a Saturday and I understand they're busier but my nails were so rushed, usually they're alright but this time they're all quite crooked and not far into the nail so they look grown out even though I got them 3 days ago :( one of my nails has already broken and another is chipping, in addition I usually get a hand massage but they didn't do it this time, I will go back in a few weeks on a week day but if the service is the same I will not go again !UPDATE! It's Friday, almost a week since my nail appointment and 2 of my nails are chipping badly and one has broken, usually they're much stronger and last atleast 2 weeks before any chipping, very disappointed.

Awesome service, myself and my 7yr old got a basic buff, shape and paint (twinning). Kayla was our nail technician, she was friendly and patient with my daughter whose only experienced this 1 other time, I wish I had done them here for her 1st time as well, lots of customers, so that says a lot about their establishment and service. We will definitely be returning. Thanks again Kayla and team!

Really good customer service & a nice looking salon - although, unfortunately I am extremely disappointed in the outcome of my nails. They were done really poorly, and for the price of $85 + $10 for 4 French tips was extremely overpriced for how they turned out. All my nails are natural except for 3 that had broken, so I had tips added, the tips are longer than my natural nails Their is a brush hair stuck under the clear coat of the thumb And they are filed crooked & blunt. It is just an overall poor job. I am very disappointed.

So so so impressed with this place! Highly recommend Kayla, she was amazing! Not only did she recommend a colour to me based on the colour I already had on my nails, but she also recommended a new nail shape for me that compliments my fingers so much more.
