   Warning, be cautious when dealing with Mr Brummer. One of my siblings has just confessed and apologized for grabbing a large amount from our deceased father's estate to buy her house. Mr Brummer had to change his story and lie to the family / Law Society to get that fraud over the line. I reported Brummer to the Law Society informing him that meetings had been recorded (audio) and lying was not an option. Because he was guilty, he refused to tell the truth and was permitted to remain silent. The Law Society argues that even if a lawyer commits fraud against his clients, the Law Society has the legal right to take no further action. The truth would have interfered with their predetermined decisions, so no need to look at any evidence. In conclusion George can do whatever he likes with his clients, no one will touch a senior well-connected lawyer. I wrote to the L.S. President to inform him what is going on behind his back. I attached my letter and their response in the photo gallery. The L.S. President has currently stepped down while being investigated for advising the destruction of evidence.

   We used David a few years back and found him old - yes, but oh so wise. He was very knowledgeable and patient, especially when dealing with an insane family member who told lies after lies. Thank you David for all of your help, it was greatly appreciated.

   i found out my friends wishes were dismissed(paperwork/accounts missing) Mr Brummer simply pushed aside one of the executors(family member) and did what he liked with the estate.if you have your estate /trusts with this firm read the reviews it may prevent your family suffering the same fate

   Communication was shocking. Office staff were helpful but I think Brummer needs to retire. He forgot conversations and facts. My aunt would have been disappointed in how hard it ended up being sorting her estate. Suggest you try Jodi at bannister von dadelzen.

   27 years ago my nana died and everything was clear in black and white. 8 years trying to get information or told anything about her money. I wouldn't be surprised if these lawyers don't have her money anymore. 8 years ago it should of been finished and done with. I don't trust these lawyers at all

   Did my best friends fathers' estate. Brummer ignored executors requests to send out the Will, meaning beneficiaries couldnt contest before probate. Very poor communications. $250K loan not documented or disclosed, made multiple false statements to law society when investigated. A 4 year nightmare for family and still not completely settled. Based on evidence I have seen I would personally avoid this company at all costs.
